Yeon-Hee is definitely not in the right. Her reason for doing all this was explained in "her" chapter, and she went crazy basically. Chances are Gods prob manipulated her into thinking that. After all, as far as I know Ho-Jae used Yong Yong to be able to access 61st Floor, and Yong Yong is most definitely still alive and kicking. Ho-Jae also genuinly cared about both of them. On a side note, I'm more and more thinking Kiri Kiri might be a god....
Ahaha. Damn, I see why archer girl is pissed now. She wanted to escape with the tutorial with the MC. Now it turns out that she is just going to be taking his place. He'll advance through the tutorial while she'll be stuck on floor 60 waiting for another person replace her. The MC had to wait 10 years before anyone came along that could get to level 61, who knows how long she would have to wait. Dying on the first floor really might have been a better option. If the gods really offered her a different option, yeah, I could understand her being willing to take it.
This is confusing. In the same chapter (276) we were told that sacrifices don't die, but merely are transported to the residential area, and that there's even a surrender option. Then Ho-Jae starts saying there' s a chance of Death. Then he says what will be left is death. So which is which??? Do sacrifices die? Do they not die??
I think he's considering the facts that: 1) It's still a 50-person mission, yet they will have to do it with 2 people. 2) Knowing that they will be stuck on the 60th floor for presumably a very very long time might make the other person desperate enough to try and fight. 3) Kirikiri may be lying/not telling the whole truth. 4) It's hell difficulty, and even if Kirikiri is telling the truth that it's possible to survive it, there could be something that makes it extremely difficult to survive. For example, the people who are sacrificing themselves have to do something difficult to even return to the floor 60. So overall, it should be possible for the sacrifices to live, but with all the crap he has encountered in hell difficulty, he doesn't trust that it is guaranteed.
They can survive, but will be left behind. That's the sacrifice. A player may not want that and will kill the other player to advance.
[-When I got into the 61st floor, I got a power boost. It was a power coming from the ruler of the Great Volcano. No matter how many times he was killed, whether the rounds were repeated, whether I had finished my attack and returned, or whether I had died, the power was not reset.] Huh. Hm. I guess when you die you revive in the waiting room then? :thonk:
can't answer that question without getting a warning, a basic internet search will show you where you can read them.
Is it just me or something happened to centinni site that translate this novel? It seems like i cant access it.
Been ages since I read this at all. I don't even recall where I was in it, and most of the chapters are just gone. Memory serves I stopped reading it because something happened to the old translator and the one that picked it up was. . . Not the greatest. Did the translation ever improve? Cause I'm gonna have to go find the missing chapters if it did.
yes, it has improved quite a lot, but I don't know if they have edited the previous chapters as the translation has improved so those can be hard to read.
Taken back by the God of Sky/heaven while LHJ was going crazy and experimenting on everything on the 60th floor
