Normally when I pass out, be it middle of the day or late at night. Times varies way to much to even generalize. Some times it takes more then one day before I finally sleep.

When I was working, I usually went to sleep at 1-2 am with my wake up alarm going off at 5:30 am. I didn't get out of bed until around 6:30 am, though. I was always a zombie at work. This is why I gave up reading during commuting. There were several times I was so tired after work, I neglected to really look at which subway train came in (the platform I used had 2 different train lines boarding) and just got on and closed my eyes, only to wake up 15-20 mins later in the wrong area.

I've always felt that my personal body clock was on more of a 26 hours interval. Even on a Friday, after being a zombie for a week and truly dead tired. I still won't feel like going to sleep sooner than 1-2 am.

There have been times where I couldn't take it anymore and took a nap. Oy! Naps screws me up completely. If I take a long nap in the afternoon, I'll almost always wake up at around 8-9 pm. I'll be fully awake with a MASSIVE headache. I then won't be sleepy no matter what I do until around 5 am, you know, just before I need to wake up.

I used to alternate anywhere between 1AM and 5AM but I accomplished the incredible, mindblowing, stunning, astounding, stupefying, breathtaking, fantastic, amazing, super, duper, achievement of being asleep around 11:30 PM and 00:30 AM.

Depends on whether I need to be at work in the morning or not. If I don't 2-3 am but if I do around 10-11 pm.

It used to be 10PM sleep and 6AM wake up but the quarantine keeps shifting my sleep cycle forward by an hour every few weeks. Now it's 3 AM sleep and 12PM wake up. If this continues I'll become nocturnal.

Same like me. I can't sleep if im not very sleepy. Even if try to sleep at night by just closing my eyes, i wont be able to sleep till morning.

I did try to exercise in order to make me tired and fell asleep faster like many people told me too, but it didnt happen.

    I am undoubtedly insomniac

Wow most people here sleep so early~ (in a literal sense XD). I mostly sleep by 11pm, but when there's school.. I sometimes reach 1am at most when studying :blobpats:

You see, i have this horrible affliction known as binge watching disease which causes a strong compulsion to always click the next episode button even when you know you probably shouldn't since the suns already coming up.

These days with the night shift - 9am.
Otherwise? Anything between 10pm to 10pm depending on how absorbed vs tired I am when doing things. Most common time is around 10pm or 2am.

Also... Why is the tag food but the topic sleep?
