Do you only want local Vietnamese to answer your survey? I ask because your salary amounts are extremely low compared to US salaries. Your "high" selection for monthly salary of 10 million VND is only 43 USD (per Google) would be totally depressing. Even US Government assistance programs for people in poverty is more than that. For example, NY's SNAP (supplemental nutrition assistance program) gives a household of 1 person $194 a month (larger families get more, of course).

In terms of male and female salaries being equal, in the US if the job at a particular employer is unionized, then the M/F salaries would always be equal. This is because the union contract states the salary for the job so everyone who has that job gets paid the same. Thus, you would need to add that question to differentiate between union and non-union employees.

That age category makes no sense. Might as well make it <20 rather than 18-20.

Oh no, everyone can answer however they want.
I don't really care whether you're Vietnamese or not.
It's better to be diverse anyway.

Like I said, I want to see people's honest opinion.
If it's fucked then I can just make another one, it's honestly pretty easy.

Yeah, I agree. In particular the >30 glosses over too many people. The rule of thumb is the longer you work, the more money you'll be earning. Which brings me back to the salary range, it's too low and narrow. Before I retired, my monthly salary was equivalent to over 2 Billion VND, but even my starter salary from 30 years ago as a new-hire was around 28 Million VND (note: I didn't convert to today's value). Your salary selection range is insufficient.

Your Q3 is also too narrow with "worker" covering everybody who's not employed (student) or a sole proprietor ("entrepreneur"). What about part-timers? There's also a difference between a low level grunt and management, and then management has several levels (supervisor/foreman, middle management (like area manager, district manager), and then upper management (like directors, vice presidents, president, CEO, owner).

Oh wow, such salary is beyond my comprehension.
I'm just a small part-timer who is currently in college.
The range of salary may seem too small by your standard but for us Vietnamese, someone with over 10.000.000 VND monthly salary is already considered well-off (though not even worthy of mentioned when compared to the truly rich).
I guess this is why many of our people want to work abroad.
Though they aren't considered rich in the foreign country, the money they sent back to their family is a lot when converted to VND.
By the way, can I ask about the job that you've done before retiring?

Try posting it on r/SampleSize or r/takemysurvey for more volunteers. Good luck.

I think you’re limiting your sample size by not including NEET as an option and allowing them to talk about their last or a previous work experience. I’ve had a few different jobs, only one of which there was clear gender discrimination. But I got stopped from taking your survey by the fact that I’m currently a NEET.
