GenXel, got suggestions for books that you might want to read to better TL and give a better picture on NSFW scenes. Try Good Intentions by Elliott Kay. Just read the first book, it's more than enough. It's not the best but one of the best amateur ones out there.
Thank you very much! I'm fine with no harem as long as there's consistent romance spread through out the novel here and there otherwise I would just be bored by all the fighting and stuff. Most important thing is the Mc not being beta, I don't like coward/pathetic (unless they change) MC's since I read for fun. Reading with Mc getting bullied is not fun at all.

步步生莲 回到明朝当王爷 I don't read Chinese translations but I would love to see these novels translated so that other readers can enjoy them. They're among the very best historical novels I've ever come across, and the things they do with characterization and world building are amazing. An added bonus is that these books have harems with very good characters in them; all with their own goals and interests. The problem though? They're authentically historical works so while they don't use terms from cultivation novels, they're packed with tons of historical terms. Most of these are government ones that you can look up but I imagine that translating these books is 2-3x as much work as a regular book.
