I’ve heard talk about Shuri. T’Challa sister may become the next Black Panther. To tell you the truth. I like Shuri. She was quirky and smart. But I guess a part of me can’t except it. I guess there will only be one Black Panther for me. I know this is probably a bad idea, but has anyone thought to use an impersonator. Would that be disrespectful. Is this a terrible idea? I don’t know. What do you guys think?
i like shuri and i think she'd cäll herself something else, not black panther. also i think itd be really cute but also just like peppy batman doing behind zhe scenes stuff
for me, shuri is like the loyal sidekick, so i guess either they replace chadwick (may he rest in peace) w/ a new actor using some new plot or use some existing character aside from shuri to become the next black panther. but that's just my own opinion though.
They can always use the excuse of the infinity gauntlet bringing the "wrong" Black Panther from an alternate universe and get a new actor. Hell, the actor can even pull JLU' s episode The Once and Future Thing, Part II: Time, Warped, where John and Hal swapped place briefly with Hal saying "I am up to speed."
Shuri took on the mantle in the comic books once...kinda rushed since she has little development but guess that could be a theme...though the first black panther movie was also about someone being overwhelmed with a new role passed on to them. Sigh. I would have liked to see more of Chadwick. Rest in peace, my dude. Killmonger has too much rage. The role is not for him. The first movie proves that. Only the royal family has been allowed to possess the role so that leave shuri as the only option.
