I super love Cale and love the novel. I am glad it was finally adapted in a manwha and the illustration is superb. But the manwha just did not emphasize from the beginning about how good Cale's memory is and that he remembers everything he likes, which I think should be important specially when his recording ability is finally revealed. It will just look like he has gotten the ability out of the blue. One of the best points of TCF is the foreshadowings after all. Well we are still in the start but I hope they don't miss on important details because TCF is a really good story.
Raw chapter today was so shocking~! Cale/KRS meets parallel world KRS (the original body owner of test world's KRS). That totally came out of left field while they were fighting against the electric eel. Does that mean there's a possibility we might meet original Cale too?

I was suspicious that might be the case as well since I've seen several times male characters described as handsome in the novel but female characters feel like they have less of a focus at least in that particular detail. But as other people have pointed out it feels like there's more a camaraderie/family theme going throughout the novel. Of course I'm only around chapter 176 of the novel so my opinion might not be as accurate.
There's absolutely no yaoi or romance at all, its very much a found family-centered novel with there being implications that Cale's probably aroace. Of course, that doesn't stop the fandom from shipping, but pretty much all the popular ships are with people who have flat out stated to see Cale as a brother.
If you are talking about theory that OG Cale is our Cale, then I'm with you. God bless this theory to be true, pleeease.
And thanks author for this very much, how many novels were ruined for me because of romance or worse harem. That's why screw romance, only family type relationships. And it's funny that ppl think that TCF could be yaoi just because male characters are handsome there. People are just used to the fact that most often the attention is paid to female characters in such novels.
Does anyone know any info about Cale's mother? I've been rereading TCF and I seem to not see any info about her other than her dying. No background info like Violan, how she looks and acts, whether she's the main wife, etc. I'm curious about her so can anyone give me confirmed info about her please?
The webtoon scanlation has been shut down. Looks like the group working on it received a DMCA notice. I wonder if that means there are plans for the webtoon to receive a future official English platform/translation (tbh, I don't think it will happen anytime soon).
