Do you wear different socks, because your washing machine likes to eat one sock and leave the other alone?
I buy bulk package socks that are all the same. So I wouldnt likely notice if one or two socks went missing.
My washing machine is a fickle one sometimes the sock I put in shrinks or turns into another different sock~
Sometimes if they from the same production, so they have same grip feeling i personally do not mind it to mix them there are very few occasions where someone could see them and is important to have the same color ...
I use special rubber bands made for pairing socks, so they never get lost. My machine never ate my socks - I pair them for the convenience and to match the wear and tear of each pair (I've got multiples of each type of sock).
Only if I am in hurry and am sure no one will see it but I generally have similar looking socks. When I like a certain sock, I tend to buy in bulk. I have a couple of funky ones that I love but thankfully they are longer so never got one in the pair lost hehehe. I have lost some comrades to my dog thanks to my carelessness though
Generally if you check the drier or washer that lost sock is stuck on the side of it. But no, I don't use different socks.
You mean, mismatched socks? Well, i have at least 5 pair for one color from the same brand....so it wouldn't be a problem most of the time But yes, sometimes it does happened
I'm too lazy to pair them before putting them into my drawer, so quite often I have slightly mismatched socks. It doesn't really matter so much, since they're all black anyway.
Check under your washin machine's drum. As for how I wear socks, I use whatever's available since no one's gonna be looking at what I wear anyway. I have a lot of socks... I used to buy whatever pair of socks that caught my eye.
Lol nope. But I once used socks of the same color but different lengths, one long and one short. So I rolled up the long one
No, I'm not a monster. More seriously, even just the same brand/batch socks that have stretched a bit differently annoy me.
Once I started doing my own laundry, and a couple of years of frustration dealing with this issue, compounded with an old apartment communal dryer, I got pissed and threw all my socks away and purchased one kind of sock. Dropped 60 bucks on the same socks, and have never looked back. Do the same thing every couple of years.
Yes. Buy all of them with same mono color and materials. Even if you lose one piece of the pair you can still use them. Me use black and grey.
I use a net bag for socks and other delicates. No chance of them getting separated that way here's how it sorta looks like from a google image
