Recommendations MC begins the era of magic/cultivation

I'm looking for novels where it is with the arrival of the MC that the era of magic/cultivation begins.
That is, even if these concepts already existed in the world, it is only with the arrival of the protagonist that they become a reality.

Welp, I couldn't find what I was looking for anyways. There's this one on RR where the girl becomes the 'champion of god', because the god is sick and tired of humans always killing themselves off (which he has to then reverse). So he gives the job to the girl and heads off to drink his frustrations away.

The girl, an avid superhero comics fan, decided to introduce superpowers to the world. She herself goes by The Watcher (or something), mainly because she only wants to observe and not interfere with the world's development. I thought it was called Supernatural Awakening or Superpowers Awakening, but I couldn't find it.

I do remember that the MC figured out/discovered someone was causing humanity to get destroyed (outside the times where they just self-destructed naturally). She has a space outside of Earth's Time (God's realm before he left) where she can explore the possible futures, but noticed that as she spent more time in there more and more of Earth's successful futures where disappearing. Due to her seeing this happen in real time (she was looking at a previously successful fate for comparison, only to see it be destroyed) the MC realized it couldn't just be humanity messing up (since their Earth's Time was still paused), there must be another god-level being who has been secretly sabotaging the original god's work.

I think the original god was Prometheus, there used to be lots of gods but they all left since humanity wouldn't stop self-destructing.

MCs are not source of magic but it's true that they're first generation of mages, before them magic did not exist (unless you count Grimorie), they are students, college professors, shopkeeper, elementary student, polices, street performer, mercenaries, and any profession you can think of. They are the first generation of mages, they are the one who created spells but as magic bring wonder and miracles to the world it also bring problems as well.
