    Games that:
    1) emphasize cooperation
    2) are actually fun and worth the money
    3) can have competitive stuff if co-op is still the focus

    Castle crashers, cuphead, overcooked 1 and 2, and mario maker 2

    I believe Cuphead is harder when it's played in co-op but that's honestly a game that no one should miss out on, especially now that it's available on every single console (thank the lord).

    Overcooked 1 + 2 is a classic, expect a lot of rage too when going for the 3 stars on every kitchen.

    Rayman Legends, I think there's more cooperation in the time trials than in the normal levels; but it's one of my favorite platformers of all time

    And then there's the Mario games like Mario Kart (not so much cooperation just competitive fun), Mario Party (even though the latest few entries have been absolute ass), and Mario Maker 2.
