So its currently 5:35 am and I find myself awake is this a problem? I haven't had coffee or anything just the usual painkillers for my migraine. Now is this healthy will I die at School tomorrow actually its today though time is relevant to me because you can read everywhere. Now the real question is should i stay up again tonight or just sleep like a normal person? Why should I sleep? What is REM? Does my body really need sleep? I've been doing this for a couple of years and now i want to know whats the big deal with sleep? I wish I didn´t have to sleep that would be cool they should make a novel about that I would read it.

That's the point, just go to sleep again.
Why go to school in this COVID-19 Cultivation Era?
Anyway, who knows if you'll be isekai-ed after sleeping from an extreme all-nighter.

Are you sure that your migraine isn't influenced by your lack of sleep?

You shouldn't rely on pain killers for migranes. Solve the source of your problem.

Skipping on sleep will come back to you as you get older. I guarantee you will regret it.

Sleep is the building block of your health, as you skimp on it your quality of life will fall as well.

When u don't get enough sleep, like, regularly (1~5 hours a night), growing up it aint that bad but it can fuck up your long-term memory.
If keep not getting enough sleep for a few of your teenage years its hella difficult to get out of it and long-term memory is like hella screwed

you need sleep, even if you can't fall asleep just try to lie down with your eyes closed and just imagine some story in your head, you'll asleep sooner or later. that's what I do anyway. and try to stick to a schedule. I've been sleeping super late for the past few weeks and now I can't fall asleep at my usual time. so I woke up early the next day and lay down at my usual time and ended up falling asleep

    True.

The seasons I get 3-4 hours of sleep always feel like a breeze. I never remember much of those days.

For people with insomnia, they kinda skip the 'asleep sooner or later' part. They cannot fall asleep on their own normally.

You would typically need to exhaust yourself with cardio or heavy weight lifting to really sleep easily.

I have to ask, did you always have insomnia, or do you just stay up reading or doing something?
