Watched one video and now half my recommendation is full of vtubers...


Quest-ion: Who are your favorite vtubers?

Mine? Coco, sakura miko and of course the feet idol akai haato

 

I've only watched Nyanners. I can only watch for so long though, but there's 2 videos I particularly liked. Mainly because things go off the rails eventually (or almost immediately in stream clips).

what are vtubers? virtual youtubers?

 

I used to like a japanese-born American virtual Youtuber that was surprisingly hilarious cuz of her no-fucks-given sass. Natsume? was her name I think.

But I honestly don't see the appeal of simping for girls acting cute with anime avatars.

I don't even need to watch vtubers to get recommended them. I listened to a couple of Frank Sinatra covers and now my recommendations usually has these anime girls singing Fly me to the Moon.

I am just sitting here waiting for new vtuber hentai being drawn out, sad to say that after watching way too much JAVs, I cannot stand the voices of any japanese women anytime soon.

And with half the world still on lockdown really gives people a lot of time in youtube. Cute anime girls plus cute voice = a new Hatsune Miku phenomenon.

 

I got gotted on an Inugami Korone video. The title was too clickbaity, I could not resist. Vlog recs for days.

I've got a soft spot for the vlogger who randomly started singing the Japanese translation of Country Roads by John Denver. It sounded so mysterious and calm at first, I thought it was a Japanese lullaby. Then she got to the chorus, and I laughed until my stomach ached when I realized.

That said, even knowing most of them are otaku dudes with voice mods, they are very good at what they do, so I don't regret it.

I stopped watching Yuzuki Choco after she stopped streaming ASMR. I guess she got a warning from her agency or youtube because her streams were too lewd? My regular ASMR go-to, Macoto, tried vtubing last year when streaming games but most of her content is still ASMR. I remember she tried having her avatar out during a few ASMR streams but no one cared much for it. There's this other vtuber channel that I've noticed recently, ゆずきチャンネル. She has a separate channel solely for her lewd livestream ASMR content, 柚木チャンネル ♡生放送専用♡.
