Incest is a genre, like yaoi, yuri, harem, reverse harem, etc. If you like the genre, you read the novel, if you don't, then simply don't read them...
Aphrodisiac is a plot, not that I'm against it, but if it got overused, it became boring... same thing with amnesia and falling from the cliff.

Each arc usually ended when MC had fulfilled the host's wishes and had tied all loose ends. Usually, few chapters after the author had started a new arc, she would wrote an epilogue or two for the previous arc. Since she hadn't wrote arc 8, we obviously wouldn't get the epilogue for arc 7. The epilogue was usually just about MC and MG's marriage, and perhaps tiny bits about what happened to ML and FL, easily skippable. So arc 7's story still ended quite nicely.
As for the father, MC intentionally hid the fact as revenge for the host. When Male-God retaliate to FL (for planning MC's rape), FL was drugged with a new type of aphrodisiac that made her addicted to sex. From then on, FL was known for her "reputation" (sleeping with different men everyday). Since the father cared very much about his good reputation, MC hid the fact that FL wasn't related by blood to the father. Therefore, the father's reputation would forever tied to FL's "reputation" as father and daughter.

 

I thought i read somewhere that someone said he was pure and loyal all the way. Wtf

 

I read Only 6 Arcs because of incest.
So addict to it. Love arc 6
