Has anyone found any raws of this webtoon? I would like some spoilers ,this is a GEM of a webtoon. You MUST give it try if you haven't already .
Yes. The new chapter has just uploaded on getmanhwa. If I'm not mistaken, this story doesn't have the raws cuz it's created in English. From lezhin web. Correct me if I'm wrong. But that's it. I rrallyyy love kiha you know. Wow. He's like the best strategist existed in manhwa world
Oh thank you so much. I had a feeling that must be the case after searching for a long time. And I absolutely love Kiha too. It's been a long time since I was fascinated by character so much. His sharp intelligence, ruthlessness but surprising gentleness beneath, wisdom, selflessness , helplessness, love and sacrifices .. All of these make him a wholesome character you can't help but love.
Yep. Surprisingly I bet the final villain would be the creepy old magician-like-woman. Cuz she's like behind every character and tied everyone's fate. From the first time I saw her woaw her wickedness seems to not chill at all.
I want spoiler on this too!!! Who's the ml? The king adviser Kiha or the childhood friend sliver haired dude which had an affair with? I have started reading this and it's really different and amazing but I want her to with the sliver hair dude but with Kiha too can't decide who to ship her with!!
I guess this manhwa is an original, and don't have any novel. So, just waiting for each release chapter I guess. Currently, we are waiting for 2nd season I guess? The author announce about the 2nd season-things, but I'm forgot what it is lol.
Description: The last thing Ellin remembers is having to deal with a belligerent customer at her dead-end job. And when she opened her eyes… she’s “Solhwa,” the beautiful fourth concubine to the king of the Xyaran Empire. Between trying to learn the language and eating steak, Ellin’s trying to figure exactly what’s going on. Link: https://www.lezhin.com/en/comic/ellinssolhwa
i finished reading the story but i just wanna know why ellin was exiled in the first place? i mean, i get that she didn't choose to be with the king but she didn't do anything wrong so why exile her? anyone care to enlighten me?
She didn’t get exiled, the ML chose to quit his job so they could spend time together. They moved away to somewhere more secluded.
The ethics of starting a war of conquest aside, my favorite thing about this ML is that he’s clearly drawing a line between his duties to the prince and his love for the MC. As in, he chooses to give up his position so he can spend time with MC. So many MLs, especially the knight types are defined by their insane loyalty to their emperor/king, which often makes me doubt their relationship with the MC. I mean, if you look at ‘I am a Witch Requested by My Crush to Make Love Potion’, the MC gets kidnapped and assaulted by the prince (he has her punched in the stomach or something). The ML is one of his knights. Does he quit after seeing his boss literally have his partner beaten? No, he just gives him the stink eye for a bit then continues to blissfully serve under him. Which is horrible. So I’m glad that here we see the ML choose to sever his ties with royalty so he can focus on his relationship with the MC. Is it realistic from a historical standpoint? Probably not, but this is a romance novel, so it’s a perfectly acceptable deviation from the historical context.
wasn't there a period where she was alone in an island for 9 months? and Kiha couldn't visit her?... that was the part i didn't get.
Probably this was the law, I don't remember exactly, but out of the 4 girls only one was elected empress and the others were sent into exile, not because they would have done anything wrong, that was the rule. two girls were charged during the earthquake and ignored Solhwa and the other girl in the rubble. When Solhwa gave up competition, she was sent into exile. She stayed there so long because kiha wanted to implement some plans like moving her people between the mountains, if I remember correctly, but it took too long and in the end he went after her.
