Hearing anecdotes and snapshots of a moment in someone's life is fun! It's like peeking into a mystery novel, or reading a memoir. There's just something pretty in recollection and nostalgias. Do you have any random moments that you'd like to share??

Mee goes first! When i was smoll, my grandpa opened a small medical clinic in the countryside. He would give out a prize for any patients who got his designated "lucky numbers", such as 100 and 1000, with a free lifetime-worth of medical checkups for that person's whole family (+free prescription and drugs fee). One day, the lucky number goes to a family of thieves (who legally named their eldest son " Baby", a gruff man who was in in his 30 at that time). From that day onwards, my grandpa's house was one of the safest house in that area

 

I'll tell you about how I did your mom last night.

one time I became a class legend because my final presentation in English class was basically 5 minutes of sarcasm and a comedy routine that even had borderline swearing in it

 

I bought new shoes to replace worn out old ones, and when I was putting them on my shoehorn blew apart.

People tell me I look like a saint irl. There was one time, I was talking in a professional training setting and I unknowingly cursed. 20+ pair of eyes stared at me and I just shrugged.

My face conveniently hides the fact that I grew up in a neghborhood of gangstas, thieves, drug addicts, etc.

I like the dark retort.

 

One time i had to cram for finals and didn't sleep for a full day and my friends decided to go shopping. Maybe its because my head was just hazy that I said yes, but I was swaying and almost blacked out whilst walking lol.

 

A older plastic shoehorn, stiff and tight heel part of the shoe, and I'm not the lightest loli elf that one can find.

 

one day when go out to play with few of my friends, one of them tell a story that she heard about someone compliment me for being a feminine girl. all my friends see me as if i suddenly have horn on my head and they laughed at me really hard. me, i just continue eat my chips. pfft...XD

Ah I had a similar experience from the swearing. Okay so all teachers assumed that I am the good girl type. Lol. I was addicted to reading and I unknowingly didn't check the time. I suddenly cursed aloud. And I didn't notice that the teacher was already at the door. both of us were dumbfounded. The whole class laughed and shared that I always swear.

 

I was excited about a story (novel? Comic? Don't remember) so i grinned. I need to cross the road so i kept my phone & walked while smiling. A stranger teased me, impling i'm in love for smiling

I have a fraternal twin sister and we love each other to death but when we were young we would get into physical fights a lot. I don't mean your typical girl fights with minor pushing and pulling. We would have full on fights that ended up with bruises and a handful of hair in our hands lol. But we always made up like 30 minutes after our fights, would hug each other and profess our undying love Two nutcases who were savages so one day, we had an especially heated fight and my sister broke my tail bone (She fly kicked me on my back) I had to use a donut tailbone cushion to sit (that looks like a toilet seat) so was made fun by my friends that whole summer lol. On a good note, my sister felt so sad and guilty that she had me use her as my slave for a while hahahhaha. To this day, it still hurts if I sit on my butt for a long time so I literally migrate to different places in the house/ library when I study or at least change my position every hour/two hours and long plane rides are like hell

 

Another exciting one is, I once fainted in the operating room (didn't eat breakfast never a good idea) the anesthesiologist on duty realized that I was wobbly, held me right when I was falling, carried and laid me on the patient's bed. (I am really glad I didn't touch the ground because it sometimes has some blood residue from the ongoing operation - yuck) I am also really happy that I didn't breach the sterile field or else the attending nurse would def would whoop my ass. One of my friends fainted right on the patient when the operation was going on so they had to change everything (all the equipment, disinfect the patient again, etc) and wash his whole head with disinfectant

I just went with my big bro to get the dog of my big sis to send it to pet center(idk what's it called) for few days due to some reasons. We were in the bike and the dog was sitting in front of my brother like in the titanic pose feeling the breeze. (i was sitting in the back)
