hard to find a female MC who isn't overshadowed and infantlized by a much stronger and older ML as soon as he becomes interested in her unless your going for Isekei like Evil God Average or Tilea's Worries, which have other issues. all I can think of is maybe Crossing the Future, It's Not Easy to Be a Man. there's also Shining Edge, but that story fell apart towards the end so read at your own risk.
