I have read a lot of hetero and boy x boy novels that are really good but I haven´t found a good girl x girl novel... If you have one in mind, please share it
@Moonpearl is a specialist in this field Also depends on what your qualifications for a ‘good’ novel is
Man, i loved just about every GL novel i read lol, dont get why you havent found a good one, as most of them were good to me. Makes it hard to recommend one. Ill be back in a second to edit this once i decide my favorite couple. https://www.novelupdates.com/series/villainess-with-a-cat-changing-system/ https://www.novelupdates.com/series/villainess-ill-pamper-you/ https://www.novelupdates.com/series/green-tea-villainess-fails/
Im actually not a picky reader but the main reason i have not found one is because most of them (like the ones you posted) are updated once in a blue moon . Its sad to fall in love with a novel only to get depressed by the fact that it might never be updated again
True true, i ended up using mtl sites for those sadly, like letsyuri translates plenty of good ones but after the first dozen chapters they slow down to where theyre hardly ever updated or worse. I really want to read villainess cat is the movie queen, but cant find good mtl of it, and letsyuri literally only posted chapter one and hasnt been seen since. So i get the struggle lol
Judging from yours reading list...... I could suggest: Female General And Eldest Princess - but you have that on it. Others: The Male Lead’s Backyard is on Fire Mistress, I Was Wrong My Disciple Wants to Tease Me Every Day These are rather finished or have reliable translators. Also, I would suggest: Just Loving You The General’s Manor Young Concubine Survival Report
Sorry I'm so late in replying - I've unfortunately been very, very busy in real life. My go-to for newbie recommendations are: "I Favour the Villainess" - The first season is complete and the second ongoing with frequent updates. It's about a lesbian who wakes up in her favourite otome game as the protagonist and openly pursues the villainess whom she loves. The villainess is a very confused tsundere who continues trying to bully her. Mostly a comedy. However, the otome game has a darker plot that the MC is using her knowlege to prepare for, and the author includes real-world LGBT+ themes. "Didn't Know the General Was Female" - This is a sort of mid-length story that's both a good comedy and has a bit of drama. It's a second chance story about a bitter, discarded woman who chokes to death on a piece of melon and wakes up back when she was twelve. This is just before the little orphan boy, who will later become a great general, is brought into her home. In the past, she was particularly cruel to him, but she decides to snag him as a husband to secure a better future for herself. What she doesn't know is that the future general is a girl in diguise. Thus ensues a confusing but wholesome romance. "The General’s Manor Young Concubine Survival Report" - It's a short, 14-chapter comedy that parodies those "black-belly young miss takes revenge" novels. The MC wakes up in another world in the body of a woman who's clearly just died in a brutal way and is able to piece together that she's probably in a novel world. She thinks she's genre savvy and can use her knowledge to climb the ladder, but she keeps jumping to the wrong conclusion and getting herself into stickier and stickier situations. Her first assumption is that she's the black-belly protagonist in one of the aforementioned novels. She assumes that she's the disfavoured consort who's been punished and killed by her cold but handsome husband, but that she's destined to become awesome and win his love. When the general of the household turns out to be a woman, she just assumes again that she's in a yuri - and decides to adapt. So she tries to get ahead by throwing herself at the general's feet and asking if they can't be a happy married couple. Only to find out that she's actually the concubine of the general's husband, and she essentially just confessed her love to her love rival. "Female General And Eldest Princess" - This a longer, much more serious story that's full of drama and intricacy. The general is a woman whose village was slaughtered by the army the country is at war with. To avenge her family, she disguises herself as a man and enters the army, but she accidentally attracts attention by being too competent. The princess is the daughter of the late empress who faces an uphill battle to make sure that her little brother is able to take the throne. She has to scheme and deal with court politics, and she latches onto the general as a good potential pawn.
