Was going to go support/CC with Seal>Barrier>Beacon; if I went with flashlight instead, would need to take haste, which is another Int modifier skill, that leads to another Int modifier, but it has some debuffs, which may work. Btw, questions: 1. Want happens if I Beacon someone, then seal them? Would the mons attack them, and not do any damage? Or would they target someone else? Also, can we seal chests? And what would happen if we can/do? 2. If my Int is 1, and I use Ice Block, would the enemy still freeze? Since my damage would be 0. Same with something like Cold Blood, would the debuff still hit? 3. Can we lower stats below 1? Edit: Wish hybrids come in Off+Def, and Def+Def as well. Edit2: Cost of mage skills don't seem to be balanced, compared to physical ones, at the start anyways.

You can remove some of the reminder text (like the part explaining what the exp is). You should write out what your Total ATK is instead of leaving it as "[Total ATK]". You need to pick a skill from the Defensive Physical Skill Tree. Do that and we can run a tutorial for you! ^^)/ Seems all good, though I'd prefer if you listed your ATK as "6 + 3 = 9" instead of "4 + 2 + 3 = 9". It makes things easier for us. We'll run your tutorial as soon as we can, though it might take a few hours. A sealed target is unaffected by other skills, which means Beacon will fade out on its own in the moment Seal is applied. And you can't Seal chests because they're not valid targets... And even if you could, it would do literally nothing, so it would just be a waste of MP. Yes and yes. The freeze/debuff would hit, but the damage would be 0. You can, but you can't lower them below 0. That would make it a bit too synergistic for my taste. Hybrid is meant to be a more unfocused build that makes up for it in versatility. That's by design. Magic skills are meant to be more expensive.
Did it that way so i remember when changing stats later, but will change it, if that's what you prefer. Gonna sleep soon, so might take awhile here. I see, too bad, but that makes Seal appear really weak; I mean, it has no synergy, and would basically wipe all buffs and debuffs from the target. Only use is to save someone, or take one of the mobs out of the equation for a couple of turns. Ice block seems better all round compared to it, and only reason I see of taking it is so you can get Barrier/Flashlight. Might be useful for challenge stuff, but that is more mid/late game, and here it's a starter skill. lol, yeah, would have been troll-y there, though was thinking more along the lines of mimic/trap detector. Should have clarified better. What happens if I cast seal on a chest, and it turns out to have traps / be a mimic? Would the trap activate? I'm guessing it wouldn't work, but wanted to ask to be 100% sure. As for the mimic, dunno here.... Though if Seal works on traps, huh. Makes sense.
It's not an amazing skill, but it's a Tier 0 one, so it's fine if it's a bit meh~ Not like Heavy Blow is that great either~ Ah, it doesn't work like that~
