I'm guessing 银欲 is a typo (perhaps an intentional one to get around censors??), and should instead be 淫欲, and 横呈 is another typo that should be 横陈 (lying down).
Or a reference to a movie, since 银光屏 is another term for movie? It *might* be someone flipping photos so fast that it turns movielike? Anyway, WAY too little info.
