Lin Ming didn’t destroy a top level universe. He destroyed a strong life raft. I put him at elder god or peak elder god. I also always compare characters to DE standards. Someone at world god can destroy an entire multiverse (chaosworld) or create one. Lin Ming certainly could not create one or destroy the entire 33 skies at the end.
