Thank you for spoilers! OMG Kuhn is so ADORABLE! The case with the scorpions and being afraid of countess Pope hahaha.... Well, in both cases, Tia's mom and Sienna's mom, both mothers wanted to have doll-like daughters that would be easy to manipulate, and that's is. Tho Tia's mom just wanted to create a daughter who's totally opposite of her, a pure virgin-like Mary, a powerful woman being marchioness Rozan, so her daughter will never be powerless and thus used by men without respect. Miraila basically created Tia to be opposite of her ...a beautiful but powerless woman used by powerful men for their own pleasure, like a high class prostitute, so it was for her own satisfaction in how she was 'educating' Tia. Also, she wanted Tia to be 'her own' ....she knew that Lawrence and even the emperor will abandon her in the end, so she wanted at least Tia to really love her ....tho her methods were not right. Miraila isn't that much sane but I do believe she loved Tia ....at least at the end she said sorry to Tia for being this kind of mother to her. But Sienna's mom is basically using her daughter to gain power. She's very much sane, very logical, she's doing everything in a calculating and planned manner all for her getting more and more power. She wanted her child to be a puppet emperor even before Sienna was born. Even at the end, when the red king lost her power/influence, she searched for anything that she can use to manipulate Sienna. She was not sorry for Sienna, and I don't even think she ever thought that her actions are bad actually. In a flashback/another dream Sienna saw her old self close to death but her mother came to berate her and demand Sienna do something (because Sienna was giving full power to her husband, Kuhn, over their son, who was crown prince and future emperor, she was blocking all contacts between her mother, red king, and her son, in a way protecting her own son not to become like her, a puppet emperor). The old Sienna was barely hanging, close to death, but her mother was creaming and ordering her, old Sienna was looking at her so-called 'mother' and started to sadly laugh but her mother ...just frustratedly left seeing Sienna like that. This was the last straw for me. So comparing those two, I rather pity Miraila but I hate the red king, Sienna's mother.
How did Sienna feel when she had a dream that Kuhn love Fatima? Did she become distance from Kuhn as a result learning that the dream Kuhn love Fatima?
Spoiler: Spoiler There are no dragging misunderstandings in this novel. She becomes jealous of Fatima but she does not avoid Kuhn iirc. Kuhn was so happy when he learned that Sienna was jealous. Sienna also had doubts for Kuhn's love whether it will still hold true after 20 years hence Kuhn's pledge of three kisses when they finally got together. After that(from the parts I've read), she didn't dwell on dream Kuhn loving Fatima. She actively fights for Kuhn too. In Book 3, Sienna attended a tea party. Fatima was also in attendance. The noble ladies were teasing Fatima about Kuhn. (There was an event were Fatima was Kuhn's partner while Joseph escorted Sienna). They were asking Fatima if she will attend the first party Kuhn will hold as the Marquis. Most were reluctant to attend since the Red King planned a party at the same time. Sienna then announced that she will be going to Kuhn's party. She even gave many invitations to the organizer of the tea party and asked her to disseminate them. The attendees of the party held by the Marquis felt that there is something going on between Sienna and Kuhn since he is much more attentive to Sienna. (The red king's party was cancelled because the emperor had his attendants fixed an imaginary crack in the ballroom. ) Not related but this one is cute: Dian was making fun of Kuhn's party being in the same date as the Red King's party. Sienna got angry and left but before leaving she told Dian that she misjudged him because he thinks that Kuhn's suffering is funny. Dian was puzzled because such a thing does not even count as suffering for Kuhn. I read this with MTL so might not be 100% accurate.
All of these are from volume 7. (MTL only so might not be 100% accurate) Spoiler: Sienna's second pregnancy Kuhn was anxious when he received a report that doctors came to Sienna's palace. Kuhn immediately went to Sienna since demigods rarely needs a doctor. He found Sienna having tea with Countess Pope. Countess Pope stood up and left when Kuhn arrived (they were taunting each other when Countess Pope passed by Kuhn lol. She still did not like Kuhn ) Kuhn immediately asked Sienna why a doctor visited her. Sienna told him that a nasty guy kicked her. Kuhn did not immediately get her message so his face turned grim and asked who would dare. Sienna told him that's his son. Sienna laughed and Kuhn told her that she was happy making fun of him. This is the only time that second pregnancy was mentioned. The next scene in the novel is where Isabelle and Eckart are already children. Spoiler: Sienna and Isabelle Russ and Martin were knighted when Sienna became emperor. They both received gold buttons which is the highest honor for knights. It's mentioned in the spoilers here that Sienna gave the Raad clan a land and gave them complete autonomy. Kuhn would go to that land to visit and do his duties as Kuhn. When Kuhn goes out of the palace, Russ (Woods in Manhwa) would stay to guard Sienna. This is heartwarming since Russ adores Kuhn and he is free-spirited but he volunteered to stay in the palace which has many rules to guard Sienna. She was also happy with this change from her dream. Russ was asking Sienna for punishment because he unintentionally hurt Isabelle. Russ is teaching swordsmanship to Isabelle. Sienna refuses to give a punishment and explained that she understands since it is a swordmanship class. Russ is really guilty. The Kali brothers pampers Isabelle like Kuhn Sienna asked him not to tell Kuhn since the palace might be overturned since Kuhn makes a fuss with just a simple cut to Isabelle's finger. Sienna went to where Eckart and Isabelle was. She talked with Isabelle and see the cut in her palm. She asked Isabelle if it is really necesarry to learn from Russ, who is a gold button. Isabelle explained that Russ is the best knight and she have to learn from the best so she can help her mother. Sienna was overwhelmed because even she did not think of helping her father when she was young. They went to the room of the god's tree. She finally understood the feeling of her father when she was brought to the god's tree when she was seven years old. The emperor thought that she was grown up. The purpose was not for her to see the god's tree but for her father to boast to god that she would be the next emperor. He went there with her as a father, not an emperor. Sienna felt like crying when she realized this. The tree bore many fruits the same time the emperor died. Sienna and Kuhn tried to get some fruit but failed. Kuhn even tried jumping but the branch kept avoiding him . However, when Isabelle tried to get a fruit the tree willingly bestowed one to her. She immediately knew that she has to plant that fruit to the Raad clan's new land, for Kuhn and Eckart's safety. The land is near the desert so there are concerns for monsters like the one that attacked Sienna. However, monsters could not come near the god's tree. This was proven on Sienna's last trip to the desert. They survived long enough for Kuhn and Kalligo to help them because the monsters could not come near her because she has the tree's leaves with her. The fruit transformed and became a ruby bracelet. Novel ended when the three were rushing towards Kuhn when he returned. Sienna was already pregnant with their child here. She decides to let go of her dreams since she now knows that they will not come true. Spoiler: Sienna meeting the Elders Sienna met with the elders after she became emperor. Kuhn and Sienna showed them Isabelle and they inmediately fell in love with Isabelle. However, they also fell in despair since she could not be Kuhn's successor because she's a demigod. They felt as if Kuhn was taken away. When Sienna asked a handmaid to bring Isabelle to her room, they also looked despondent as if Isabelle is also stolen lol. They began to discuss. They at first thought that Sienna would give just a manor but she corrected them and said that she would give them land. Sienna would give them land that is completely autonomous from the empire but is still within the empire's land. They were astonished because it is unheard of an emperor relinquishing a part of their land. However, they did not readily accepted it because they need a Kuhn. Kuhn was stressed from this lol since no one could stop the elders' screaming. Sienna felt grateful for the Raad clan. Throughout the novel, Kuhn readily thinks of abandoning the Raad clan to marry her. It is Sienna who would always stop him. She felt like she was taking Kuhn from them. Amidst the arguments, Sienna announced that their son would be the next king of the Raad clans. Everyone was surprised even Kuhn since they have not talked about another child. Her announcement meant that she is willing to have more children. Sienna told them that they are always welcome in the palace should they want to visit Isabelle. Spoiler: Kuhn as a demigod They were able to confirm that Kuhn is a demigod because the leaves used in Isabelle's confirmation did not wilt. Everyone even Sienna forgot the leaf when Isabelle's demigod status was confirmed. Kuhn gave it back to Sienna. She wanted to announce that Kuhn is also a demigod but Kuhn stopped her. He told him that if their clan knew that Kuhn is a demigod they might try to claim the empire because they might feel that it is as much as theirs since their Kuhn is also a demigod. Sienna agreed since she did not want a bloody war with Kuhn. Spoiler: Brother When Sienna became emperor, Dian wanted to vacate his palace since it is the practice when a new emperor is crowned. Sienna stopped him. She called him brother when asking not to move. Lol Dian could not resist her when she called him brother Spoiler: Fluff Sienna and Kuhn could not sleep so they were talking about the time they were in the desert. Kuhn told her that it might've been the most uncomfortable bed in Sienna's life since it's cold. However, Sienna could only recall their time at the cave as cozy. Sienna told Kuhn that she wants to go to the desert again with just the two of them. Kuhn replied that it might've be easier to order to move a mountain than their trip to the desert because she's the number one person that have to stay in the empire. He suggested that they could go later when Isabelle is already old. Sienna asked him if he knew that they will be old by then . (Kuhn said something but it does not translate well with MTL which made Sienna kick him lol). They fell asleep after holding each other.
So basically a bunch of shit happened because the Emperor was an idiot? He blindsided his daughter and threw her to the lion's pit so he could groom his son to assume the throne and get revenge.... honestly no matter how I look at this, if he had payed more attention to Sienna the Red King would never had room to let things go that far on both timelines and thus none of his children would have ended up miserable in the first and having to fight so much to be happy in the second.
Its usually the parents that messed up big time in this stories, either they are too indulging and spoil their children too much or literally destroy their children by siding with the other one for they’re own interests not because of love, there are also cases in which they just think that children are their tool. And in this story, i fully doubt that the emperor actually love his son, his son is just “lucky” that he is the enemy of his father’s enemy, therefore the emperor chose him
Not sure if this was already answered but when do Kuhn and Sienna sleep together for the first time and what led up to it?
I have seen several previous comments whereby some of us was worried that Sienna was only living a dream. My interpretation of things are simpler than that of a parallel universe. For better understanding I'll call Sienna from dream queen and our Sienna by her name. When Queen was on her death bed she met God and was granted the chance to make a wish as long as it doesn't change things that are currently ongoing in her life. In despair (as she probably wished to change her past) she made the wish to have a dream whereby she met Kuhn sooner. We as readers assume she had the dream but when she woke up the next morning she couldn't remember anything about it and despaired even more. My interpretation of that moment is that God (who would probably protect his descendants if the chance arises) granted her wish but didn't give the dream to Queen. Instead, He gave a dream of queen to Sienna. (in other words, He showed Sienna what she would have looked like in the future and as a butterfly effect Sienna acted on those dreams causing her to change the future) Since Sienna acted on her own in the past thanks to the dreams, God didn't go back on his words. He didn't change destiny through her wish. Sienna herself moved and acted to change her fate. And finally we get our happy ending.
I understand ur theory but in the end isn't it is just like parallel dimensions theory the queen related dreams is past onto Sienna's dream which is possible that current sienna is rather from the different dimension since god can't change anything from time so past sienna is not possible. But I must say things are little complicated with timelines and dimensions whatever I wished how sienna wish to have Kuhn with her ,if past Kuhn ever wished for the same thing for having sienna with him. Is it only me or anyone else who feels sorry for Fatima since in 1st life she is the 1st person with whom Kuhn fell in love so technically she has the right for having Kuhn's love if sienna didn't wish for having kuhn with her but again the power of main characters are more than a mere side characters like Fatima even if Kuhn and fatima truly love each other in 1st life but sienna is main female lead which make me feel sad for Fatima how she lost in 2nd life her deserving love from Kuhn but u know Kuhn is the most luckiest guy to have a woman who is head over heels for him and want to be with him and he can pick anyone to love dearly he wish after all he is truly a romantic man.
Timelines and dimensions are complicated. Yeah! I believe it's possible for things to go the way my theory says. Like I said when God send dream to past self of Sienna, future unhappy Sienna never comes to exist. It's the butterfly effect whereby changing the past ends up changing the future. In the end unhappy Sienna will forever be just a preventive dream to our MC. As for Fatimah, am sad for her but it's stated in previous spoilers that kuhn loved Sienna. We also know kuhn loved Sienna in 1st timeline too. We simply don't know who the loves most. My guess is that he loved Sienna in both timelines the most as in both, he ends up giving her the jewel. The reason I personally believe that the past was changed due to God's intervention to change the future is also because both Sienna and kuhn wished for the same thing. Kuhn wanted to know what it would have been like had he met Sienna sooner in 1st TL. We know kuhn is a god descendant too. If both made the same wish, it might be possible that everything is not simply a dream but reality unfolding (while the future Sienna becomes the dream)
I really want to believe that the happy ending is the reality but here are a few reasons why I don't think this is true i.e. the epilogue where dream sienna dies unhappy/with regrets is actually the reality: 1. it is stated that god cannot change anything that has already happened so i think this rules out any actions on god's part that would intervene/cause butterfly effects from the past that could alter the bad things that have already happened. 2. It is a 'rule' that demigods can't dream - I've read the theories suggesting that the dreams are just a possible alternate reality that would have happened if sienna didn't act differently to how she did in the dreams. I think this would be plausible if not for the fact that it would result in the inconsistency of sienna's ability to dream violating the 'rule'. Essentially then, the violation of the rule throughout the story is the crucial evidence for it actually being the dream that dream/real sienna wished for. 3. the great wish of the gods is to have the two clans unified - one of the previous posts I think suggested that because the great wish of the gods is to unify the clans, they would have allowed for an exception to the demigods can't dream thing in order to put sienna on the path to unify the clans. BUT in fact the unity is also achieved by dream sienna - she also unifies the clans through having ekhart only with khun. So there is no reason for the gods to interfere and break the 'demigods can't dream' thing to achieve their wish. i suppose this all assumes that there is only one real timeline/universe. if there are multiple timelines/parallel universes then i guess there is no problem to begin with - the dream sienna is an alternate reality where she dies with regrets and the sienna in the story looked into the alternate reality through her dreams and changed her future accordingly. maybe i'm thinking too much lol can someone tell me if you agree/disagree with my analysis and why haha.
Spoiler: Last part of the side story "Another Future" Sienna opened her eyes. Tears formed in her eyes looking at the familiar ceiling. She raised her hand into the air. I saw the back of my hand wrinkled. There was no detailed memory. I met an unknown entity whether it was a god or a messenger of the gods. In that world, she was young and at peace. “God's Call… … .” As I closed my eyes and opened them, hot tears flowed along my eyes. Her lips curled gently. Sienna got up and rang the bell. “You are looking for it, Your Majesty.” “Convene all the princes.” “If you say Jehu… … .” “All the duke, and also call the Gongwang.” "It is ordered. sire." After the attendant left, Sienna clenched her fists with a tumultuous expression. 'Finally.' I waited only for today. The very day when I will hand over the crown of God to my son, Eckhart. I didn't remember when I last laughed. I felt like I could truly laugh today. Dream Sienna acknowledged that what she saw was Sienna in another world. Her life continued but her sorrow has lessened. Maybe the gods had Sienna dream the life of Dream Sienna because they saw the potential of Dream Kuhn and Dream Sienna. I understand that they couldn't get the great love that Sienna and Kuhn had because they were joined by a political marriage. However, in spite of this, they still managed to be attracted to one another. It was not really said in this books why Sienna had those dreams but in the end she let these dreams go. She was initially anxious whether her life is just a dream that disappears after she wakes up but decide to be at peace since she's surrounded by her loved ones. Also, Drean Sienna and Dream Kuhn did not fulfill the wish of the gods by merely having Eckart. Current Sienna and Kuhn finished the book of the gods. They were able to finish it because Kuhn wrote the words he inherited from his father (Iirc) in the book of the gods. After this, the god's tree shined so brightly and subsequently bear fruits. The fruits of the god's tree can only by touched by Isabelle (maybe Eckart and their third child too). +++(IMO, Current Sienna also did not steal Kuhn from Fatima since he is attracted to Sienna from their first meeting alone. Sienna did not know then that he loved Fatima in another world.)
Sienna did not wish to have Kuhn with her. She merely wanted to see Kuhn for the last time since he left when Eckart became 23 years old to wander. I also disagree that Fatima has the right for Kuhn's love. If all loves in the first life should be valid in their next then many OGisekai heroines should be pitied.
Well it's TRUE and many times isekai heroines don't fall in love with the same man since Fatima fell for him again so I felt pity for her but this is what we called again the purpose of 2nd life to let unexpected things becomes expecting ones.
In this life Fatima married someone from the desert. Sienna even sent her congratulations. Fatima almost died again because of a power struggle in the desert but Sienna sent imperial troops to interfere. Her husband became the king in the Desert Alliance afterwards with her controlling from behind. A consolation for her since she also wanted to be a powerful woman.
Well then it's really a good thing that fatima also gets her good ending hope her hubby loves her and thanks for sharing this
I’m not sure if this was asked I looked through like 9 pages of spoilers and didn’t see it so I’ll just ask anyways, from what I’ve read Sienne and Kuhn’s first two children will have Kuhns hair color, but if their third child has Siennas hair color will there be debate whether one is more fit to rule as a king than the other. From what I’ve seen so far, Siennas hair color is a sign that she is descendant of the gods? Excuse me I can’t remember the correct terms XD... but I hope you understand what I’m getting at...
It is said that Eckart is going to be The King of the Raad Clan. That means Isabella's going to inherit the empire while the third child is probably going to be a prince/princess of The Empire and of The Raad Clan.
