Thanks for the spoilers. For the first time do I stumble upon a novel/ webtoon where they don’t skip the pregnancy. I need to see her mood swings, when she cries, gets mad etc. I am 100% sure that the emperor knows that she’s preggers and I also think that he’s responsible for those dreams. There’s one thing that’s been bothering. Since the spoilers mentioned that he was staring at her during the festival. Does that mean he knew all along with whom he was dancing with? And how did he found put that she is carrying his child? Like his behaviour is so sus. I can’t help but wonder if se had fallen into his trap from the beginning or maybe it was just coincidence?
I think he may have been secretly in-love with her as well. Remember, in the dance festival, he was watching her, in disguise. So maybe to throw her off, he wore that necklace ao she can let loose, and he had her monitored, so he knew she was pregnant. He is probably quite perceptive, since even if she wore the disguise as well, he knew who she was.

100% agree with this Spoiler The webtoon on MD has the emperor's shadow knights meeting the Dr in chap 10 The Dr is like "oh you're reporting to your master?" And then he proceeds with a small internal monologue where he calls Yiran a "cornered knight" so frankly I think the Dr and Emperor have some sus plans behind the works ....
