    Hi, I’m looking for recommendations on very funny and comedy novels. whenever I search the comedy tag I get some novels that have some comedy in it, but what I’m really looking for here is a very funny novel. I don’t mind some other genre’s being mixed in. I just want it to be funny so it will make you laugh.

    Well, Peerless White Emperor is very funny at the start. This lasts for like 500-700 chapters or so, then it kinda goes downhill with the weirdness as well as the racism. That's also where I dropped it. You could give it a try.

    Yeah, that's a problem with searching for the Comedy Genre, sometimes the only "Joke" seems like it is the setting and story, and not anywhere in the content.

    Anyway, for things you can read online, I suggest Slow Prison Life. MC seems to be a villainess from an Otome Game, who's imprisoned after a rejection event and imprisoned. Thing is, she knew about it, and allowed everything to go ahead so that she could have a holiday in the prison cell. This is because she's a sociopath who can practically run the country from the shadows, and an excuse for a break sounded like a GREAT idea. The story focuses on how the idiot prince who jailed her tries to make the MC suffer, or at least have some crack in her appearance he can use to feel good about himself, only for her to turn the situation on him, making him look like the fool he is.

    Alternatively, if you're willing to pay money, I recommend the Diskworld Series, by Terry Pratchett, they're published in English. While the earliest few books do have more setting based humour than actual points you can laugh at, as you reach the later books more comedic points and side notes appear. This includes notes about Bergholt Stuttley Johnson, better known as Bloody Stupid Johnson, who somehow not only managed to design, but also successfully make, some of the most insane products on the Diskworld, and given that it's a flat world with magic on top of four elephants riding on a gigantic turtle, that's saying something. We're talking triangles with three right angles, circles where Pi is exactly equal to 3, Salt Shakers that get turned into housing and several national parks and gardens literally carried around by a single man because they're just that small. Though he's a character who never directly shows up in the series, he is a clear indicator of the humour that series presents once it started running stably.

    The Strongest System~~Even though the plot is all over in later ch..it is one of the funniest novel I have ever read
