    I just got a notification from this thread.
    Since people are still reading this, I'll mention that I've been using Violentmonkey + this script to solve this issue on the browser side.

    Using a filter

    www.novelupdates.com##tr:has(span:has-text(/CN/))
    I'm using Ublock Origin but should work on other Adblockers that supports custom filter list.

    And if you wanna block other languages just copy the code and replace the CN part.
