Looking for cultivations/romance novels, stuff like Coiling Dragon, Ancient Godly Monarch, moon's labyrinth, etc. Harem novels are ok as long as its on the smaller side and its not a collect them all type of novel. Also M/F only, no BL. Bonus points if the novel has a "mc turns to the dark side arc".
I've read AST and i like it even with the huge harem, it gets props from me for going dark in the last few arcs but iv shied away from ISSTH because i was told it literally has 0 romance. EDIT: i have read Legend of the Great Sage, must of not liked it if i forgot about it that quickly.
The romance in ISSTH is like a super minor subplot that really only gains some importance at the end. And even then it's more like I feel bad for you romance as well as I've been thinking about you a lot romance. Basically nothing happens, it's just like a closure thing.

Ancient Godly Monarch is the best cultivation with romance novel I'd ever read. Its a harem but a really well done one. The ending is just perfect that I keep coming back to read the ending part.
