God Grid's Apostle is back now ! XD I was thinking to drop OG for a while and stack on chapters, now that I read them yesterday...it was worth it. TOTALLY. Damn Author really made my lord Grid a god. Too early in a disadvantageous way on top. Well its not bad I guess, Grid building up strength to move against the heavenly gods. And.. idk if Rebecca is planning something or she just likes Grid.
Btw, wonder if becoming the Overgeared God allows him to wear multiple armors or gears. I mean, the OG god has to be a lil more Overgeared ryt??
Well, i can't think the logic behind using multiple gears, like, human body essentially only able to wear 5 stack of equipment, like for example body part in order from inner to outer should be chainmail, cloth, leather, plate armor, iron armor. Anything more and a human cannot posibly move. And i think there's no point in him able to wear like, multiple equipment at once, remember squid helmet? He put it on just for it's little bit of defense stats under his crown (mainly for dignity)

When grid wears Beriache's underwear it changes its form into full length tights. A notification window pops out in front of him that describes the effect of 2nd passive of the underwear. It halves the weight of the Armor and suppresses speed penalties caused due to weight of Armor. Heavy armors have more defense than light armors but grid preferred light armors cuz heavy armors added speed penalties. But with the skill he could wear heavy armors and he estimates that his defence will increase by 30%. Grid is sure that with both the skills of the underwear he can withstand Mir's lightning attack. He is happy for a moment but then starts wondering if it was okay to set Mir as his standard. Due to Mir's combat abilities, grid had evaluated that out of all single digit GD only Baal would cause troubles for Mir. But after fighting Leraje he starts doubting his evaluation of Mir. Grid asks Leraje if all the higher ranked GD were stronger than Leraje. Leraje tells him it depends on who she is fighting with. Leraje tells him that she can win against 5&6th ranked GD since they are not specialized in magic. She then realises that she revealed her weakness and starts denying it. She tells him that if she had won against grid and Madra she would have been as strong as 8th ranked GD now. Grid realises that Leraje's real weakness is her innocence and that she would be a good ally. Suddenly, they hear a loud voice from the ceiling of treasury. Leraje immediately pushes grid out of her treasury and starts running towards her castle with grid following her. When they arrive at her castle, they came across a weirdly shaped monster who is the vice commander of 8th GD, barbatos. Barbatos is the best Sniper of hell. He can snipe from long distance by using the vision of his subordinates. Yura reveals that the monster was a former commander of 9th hell but then become a part of barbatos' army when hell gao was sealed by Muller. He came there because Leraje had invited demon slayer to his hell. He tells Leraje that Barbatos gave a command to kill demon slayer right there or they'll consider her as a traitor who allied with demon slayer. Leraje asks why she should let Barbatos order her around when she is a competitor for the 8th throne. Barbatos' commander is pissed and he increases the hellflames on his hand. He then attacks Leraje and start overwhelming her because she can't display her full strength as her mucus is instantly dried due to the heat. Leraje's commander joins the battle and starts helping Leraje. Grid and Yura decide to watch the battle and learn about the demon's abilities. They watch the battle for a while and then Grid's transcendental senses are suddenly triggered. He is confused about who was attacking him but doesn't think much about it and uses shunpo to dodge the attack. In the next moment, a black hand rises from where he was standing. When he is air more black hands rise up and surround him. He gets a sudden SSS quest, Barbatos Sniper. He needs to kill Barbatos' commander to stop Barbatos from sniping him. He'll get barbatos' vision as a reward or lose 5 lvls if he the quest isn't cleared. Grid wants that vision as it would improve his utilisation of Rain of battlegears as he could rain it at far distances without personally going there. So he must clear this quest. How many more chapters do y'all think are left? The single digit demons are in play, we've pretty much got all the legends except maybe a Madra's descendent here or a war king there. And the conflict with the gods is setting up nicely.

Wait, so Grid gets Barbatos' Vision if he defeats Krcha and not Barbatoes?? Like it doesn't actually make sense. Btw the thing about Grid getting rid of Dominion and Judar buffs only to get a underwear which reduces armor weight so Grid can now wear heavy armor like its light armor..feels like the author is just buffing him up for him to face the Gods. But yeah ..not bad I mean just make him OVER in everything not just gears...
The 5 next to the eye skill might be the number of times he can use it. He'd have to kill the demon himself and seal the skill into the rune to make it permanent
So I found a problem, or to be more specific: a Translation Mistake, in the latest Chapter of Overgeared on Wuxiaworld. It presents the [Overgeared God's Messenger] as the [Overgeared God Church's Messenger]—which in fact or particularly is very incorrect since its Original Version or the Korean Counterpart on the Kakaopage only talks about the [Overgeared God's Messenger (템빨신의 사자)] and not about the [Overgeared God Church's Messenger (템빨신교의 사자)]. In fact, the [Overgeared God Church's Messenger] is also very incorrect logically because the Messengers of Overgeared God work solely under the Overgeared Grid and not under the Pope of Overgeared God Church—namely Damian. This logic should be like the 'Holy Spirit protects the Main Catholic Church, but it doesn't work for the Church itself since it works only for the God'. It can only be ordered by the God himself/herself and not by the Church or by the Pope of the Church. I just wanted to say that something is wrong, so that you can get the correct information. this kinda confuses me since legend isnt highest tier, at very least myth is above that, we have quiet few items from myth tier but no classes that reached myth level yet, but even if people started reaching myth tier in very near future that still doesnt say how near is end because in MMO's when you reach new tier end game doesnt suddenly happen, it would be stupid if author decided to reach end of story as soon as characters reach new tier, even within higher tier stuff isnt equal, actually reaching new tier genereally mens new level of growth, you are beginner within that tier while bosses within that tier are like veterans. EDIT: the fact that myth tier exists and that there are a few classes that can reach that level implies this world game community eventually will reach that level which should mean there should be enough bosses for everyone in that tier, unless author doesnt understand how MMO's work that is.

While avoiding these attacks he starts analyzing why he was attacked when the priority targets should have been Leraje and Yura. He looks at Leraje and sees that she was holding her own against Barbatos' commander 'Krez' while dodging Barbatos' Sniper. He analyzes that barbatos knew that her attacks wouldn't affect Leraje much and that grid was evaluated to be a greater threat than Yura. Due to constantly using transcendent senses to avoid the black hands(BH) his stamina was running out. Yura helps him by using hell leap to create a portal in front of the gate from which BH emerge. However instead of being relieved grid is more worried due to this development. He is sure that the aggro would shift to Yura. Just before he could warn her, she is attacked by BH from behind. Grid is worried that she would die but the jade color magic flowing on Yura's armor began to dissipate the BH. She explains that the technique was developed by Alex after struggling and evolving after his fight with Barbatos. Barbatos realises that attacking Yura won't be effective and shifts the aggro back to grid. He immediately avoids 3 BH with transcendent senses. He discovers that the CD for one shot, two consecutive shots and three consecutive shots is 2 sec, 5 sec and 9 sec respectively. Due to the ominous magic surrounding the BH, grid gets damage everytime they pass by his side. He drinks a potion and turns his gaze towards Leraje. Even without her mucus, Leraje was fighting krez on an equal ground with the help of martial arts she had learned throughout her life. She kicks krez with her high heels shoe. The heels stab him in forehead. He staggers back with a bleeding forehead and calls her really evil for using dirty tricks. Leraje retorts by saying that she is nothing compared to Barbatos who's only good at hiding and suprise attacks. Grid tries to use that opportunity to hide from krez's sight but is discovered by krez. He uses shunpo in time to avoid the BH. He then hides and waits for a opportunity to attack krez. After fighting Leraje for a while, Krez finally reveals a gap. Grid is tempted to exploit that gap and land a fatal attack. However just when he was about to attack he is sniped by Barbatos. He tries to avoid it but fails as Barbatos had predicted where he would jump and attacked that spot. His right leg is grabbed by BH. Due to having infinite durability, the arrogant blue dragon boots arent affected but grid gets a wound on his leg. The dark magic penetrates his wound and corrodes it internally. He loses some functions of the 5 organs that were decade and suffers 30k damage along with abnormal conditions like addiction, bleeding, not being able to use potion and confusion.(Bearbeitet) He is only able to resist addiction. Grid is frightened of Barbatos who damaged him so much with just one attack. Krez laughs at grid who is staggering cuz he can't control his body properly due to confusion. He reveals that grid can't hide from him as krez can find his location with his sense of smell. Yura uses hell leap to arrive by his side and support him. Since grid was the first legend among players he didn't experience abnormal conditions much hence he isn't able to cope up quickly. She is attacked by BH but she dissipates them with jade magic. Barbatos then changes BH into awl that penetrates her defence and causes her damage. Just like alex, Barbatos had evolved after that fight too and had developed this technique to harm Demon slayer. As soon as the cd of hell leap is over she throws grid into the portal. She then transforms her gun into sword and attacks krez. Krez is a strong opponent. He believes that he deserves to be the master of 10 hells. He doesn't wanna take over the vacant 9th rank as he is afraid of hell gao who would return in future so he is aiming for the 10th rank by defeating Leraje. Yura, who is growing stronger can challenge GDs in 20th but krez wasn't a opponent she could face. Krez mocks Yura for trying to attack him by herself. He then blocks Yura's sword strike with his hand and grabs her face. He increases the flames on his hands to burn her. Just then a red cloak (Malacus cloak ?) fluttering in the air comes down. Krez face becomes pale cuz he can suddenly smell the blood of multiple people. It was impossible to find grid who had disappeared since he couldnt even identify the body scents of Yura and Leraje who were right next to him. Grid then attacks him from above with a fusion sword dance(Drop dragon pinnacle kill wave). Barbatos' Sniper is silent for the first time since the battle started.
It's always really impressive to see how much grid grew as a player. Like I'm always facinated by his ability to analyze stats and ranks strength through those values. Also hes gotten really good at fighting. Like the response was really good in the fight. Btw, I love how it's probably assumed that he does it, but we never get to see Grid use the bat function of his cloak Or use his new spell (mimic was it?) That often
