Might have forgotten but i dont recall him being used against any of the 5 heroes? I think in this case the souls are in the poems like that time with the orc slayer song
so far he just has girls that are loyal to him, show some form of dere to him. otherwise he is a sword and his personality is cut....
ngl i like his arrogant personality but when it comes to things unrelate to war.... i just hope that the author expand more on that since more characters have pointed out (again) his lack of humanity
He lived through the darkness era full of wars. You can't expect him to grieve through every life. He's not lacking in humanity just he knows which people deserves to be by his side and act appropriately.
anyone else getting that "escalation is out of control" vibe? it's straight up ruining my interest in this story. he just hops from one situation where he is outclassed by something to another over and over again and "somehow" makes it each time. also the tendency to wipe out friendly forces just to make the stakes higher, this author realizes that manpower isn't unlimited right? eventually, you will be drafting the young and the old. I dunno, this crap is dragging the whole thing down.
