I've spend the past few months reading Release that Witch and Lord of the Mysteries ..
Release that Witch's first 1000 chapters was really enjoyable for me but the rest wasn't as enjoyable, overall amazing novel.

Lord of the Mysteries which i just finished was ... unbelievable, what a masterpiece. i'm so glad it's a trilogy and i can't wait for more but

can you please recommend me something for now? i've come to realize that this long novels are actually amazing so i'm okay with it if it has a lot of chapters, as for my preference ..well i don't like evil protagonists which is unfortunate cause i hear a lot of people talk about Reverend Insanity.

Cuttlefish (LOTM's author) has several other novels.
One of them (Embers Ad Infinitum) is currently being translated.

There's also Omniscient Reader Viewpoint and Trash of the Count Family.

LOTM is definitely one of the best novels translated. I'm a big fan of the rest of the work by the same author.

    thanks everyone.

I guess I forgot to check for the author's other works ...

I've heard a lot about Invisible Dragon but for some reason it feels like a very sad story .. though I'm not sure

as for trash of count's family it does sound like a really good read ..

Kingdom's Bloodline is a long novel. If you like it when the main character uses his brain for an acceptable way out of difficult political situations; mysteries of history and magic; and are not afraid of the very slow pace of the story, you can read it. True, it all starts after the first arc (about 20 chapters).
Based on your reading list and ratings, I can suggest:
    Sevens
Clearing an Isekai with the Zero-Believers Goddess
I Became the Strongest With The Failure Frame 【Abnormal State Skill】 As I Devastated Everything.
Also my personal recommendation is Mother of learning (not from NU). This is a story about a protagonist who got into a time loop a month before the attack on the magic academy where he studies, and therefore he explores mysteries of his situation while learning magic in the hope of getting out of the time loop and repelling the attack.
    Invisible Dragon is a meme.

    +1 for Kingdom's Bloodline
Godsfall Chronicles- just as RWX said "Printed Quality Novel"
Monarch of Evernight and City of Sin- lower tier than LOTM but very good nonetheless
Joy of Life- Political scheming with good twists.
Fortune Teller Master - Excellent Slice of life with supernatural
Who moved my mountain - Excellent Slice of life with supernatural
Novels by fafoo, Girl who ate death god.
The Wandering Inn- Don't be biased as it is original English Novel- It will blow you away.
Mother of learning- Time loop well done

@Dotencsure thanks for the recs, house of horrors does look interesting ... i do like the tags it has :hmm:

@pkhyber thank you, that The Wandering Inn really sounds interesting ! i don't mind it being original english as long as it has the kind of setting i enjoy :p and most asian novels do tend to have those styles.

@animefan217 exactly, can't tell you how many novels I've enjoyed without being able to find something like them..

@PeepoMrFool thanks for the suggestions, I've heard a lot about Sevens and the other two do sound interesting but i usually try to google the harem novels to see how harem-ish they are :) I've been traumatized by some harem novels in the past .. :blobdead:
