    Simple...

First. It is very important that you realize that there is no purpose in life but to be alive.

Second. Life is nature and nature is chaos and order at the same time.

Third. Life will get very interesting if you manage to walk in between chaos and order.

Take up a new hobby or start reading some articles or novels. It would be best to study random things and increase you knowledge and with that knowledge make your future plans and try to follow them.

Do something. Don't let yourself be idle. The more you're idle, the more you think about being useless, which leads to you being unable to get up from the bed, which makes you even less productive and lead to you being even more idle.

It's a downward spiral that should not have started in the first place.

    Here's Ai-chan's suggestion.

    1. List our every tool you have in your house.
    2. Give each tool a number.
    3. Ask people to choose a number.
    4. Do sometime with the item corresponsing to that number.
Example: If your list contains 1. Shovel, 2. Camera, 3. Knife. People choose number 2, and that corresponds to the camera.
    5. In this case, go out, just take some pictures or videos. Make a website and post the videos and pictures you've taken there. Over time, you will feel a sense of pride over what you have done.

Or maybe people choose knife. In that case, you can watch youtube and start learning how to cook. You're probably thinking, "oh, that's so troublesome, I don't want to do it". No. You do not have such luxury. You are on a downward spiral, you do not have the option to refuse. You should not get into that spiral in the first place because once you do, it will be near impossible to leave on your own.

Accept that your perception of purpose is an illusion, and probably a highly nostalgic one at at.

Things are not as meaningful as we think they are, or remember them to be, or think they should be.

It is only in the moment, in the now that we can see things as they are.

Accept that your perception of now is not wrong - it is a part of your life journey.

If you truly wanted to do something, then you would have. Try thinking about what you really want instead of what you think you should want. Allow yourself to accept your current self as a better rather than worse version of your past, even if it is not ideal. That is how people grow.

just do your role that is college student and read and do what is expected of you like going for internships and work and gain experience in work to land a decent job and move on and get busy . there is no purpose cause we have `time` limit and jsut do what you do the most like reading or listening to music or play games that requires a lot of grinding
    there is no definite answer
