ok so I'm looking for a bl manga(it's still okay if it's a manga I'm looking for right?) from myreadingmanga (it's where you can read bl manga) The manga is about guy(uke) who has unrequited love for another student or friend and he finds out that he has hanahaki disease ( where you cough flowers when you unrequited love or something) he stays in the hospital and the guy he has a crush on finds out that he's(u) in love with him(s) so he wears a suit to the hospital and asked him out and then they end up together. There's not really any smut but I think it's only shounen ai it's very cute also it's a manga
