A thread dedicated to listing out the most morbid way characters were killed, not necessarily gory but rather an ending so scary you wouldn't wish upon anyone. For me it would have to be when kars(an immortal) was launched into outer space to spend eternity with nothing but his thoughts
Majority of the deaths in The Real Awakening. So far in the translated chapters, two people have died by eating their own hands, one was killed by their own 4-yr old kid, one had their ear ripped off by their spouse and was subsequently strangled + eaten, etc... Then in the parts that aren’t yet translated, some of the ones I remember off the top of my head are: Spoiler Organs swelling up to massive size all of a sudden, causing people to just explode from the inside. Entire skin was removed from body in a single piece while alive. Consumed from the inside by a...fish with shark teeth and legs.

Any death that occurs in Corpse Party tbh However there is one particular death in that game that will always get me Spoiler There's this chick who was thrown against a wall so hard that she splattered into a giant meat pile that you have to keep walking through the whole game. You also don't know it's her until much later in the game.
The movie White Squall from ‘96 had my most morbid death scene. The fact I spent time on boats probably made it hit home harder than it would for most. Although I have to say the immortal sent to space sounds even more horrifying, as it would never end.

Haha it wasn’t quite meant to be a plug since I don’t have much done yet, but I just finished reading the entire series in Chinese recently so it’s still fresh in my mind. Especially because the plot is just so...out there that it really stays imprinted in your memory. Most of the characters made it out/off the sinking boat. One is trapped inside staring through a window at the sky as the water covers her head and the boat sinks. It’s been a long time since I saw the movie, but I remember that the ending was after the storm had fully passed. So it was incredibly quiet as she slipped into a watery grave while the others were helpless to save her.
Its bonechilling that, that's the way the train is meant to be and that their memories are wipes of the incident, wow 2000 years of that? I have questions, like why did tommy and merry not change after that long anybody would wouldnt they? "It's okay, if you just put your name in here this will take you to a place with them" Also whats that about books and putting Tomerry's name somewhere "well it's not like you will be coming back anyway" Is the nurse saying this to tomerry? And why? "If its with Tommy, I don't mind". I also dont get why they decided to make offspring as means to save themselves(doctor and nurse) or am i missing something?
This reminds of a netflix movie about a group of immortals(the old guard) where one of the immortals was caged and thrown somewhere in the ocean and is basically left there for like 500 years to drown... Respawn... Drown again... Then respawn, drowning once is already terrible...
That nurse is evil... I presume everyone except her and doctor are fleshy messes? Also it feels like tommy was peer pressured into the whole thing... Sad story more than anything
For me, it's Overlord's black box(?) or something. I mean, being eaten alive inside and out by tons of cockroaches is the nastiest.
