What I know are mtlreader and jpmtl. They have KR webnovels but not exclusively...
But yeah, Korean mtl is the worst. The language itself is tricky for mtl to translate so not really recommended. Some novel still manageable to read in mtl because it's written in standard Korean, but when the author use 'stylized' language. You know. You won't understand anything.

I've never been able to find a dedicated site per say, since Korea has pretty good copyright laws and stuff. But I do remember that there was a Google Doc which had mtl for some of the most popular KR novels floating around the NU forums

You could read on Ridibooks on a browser. But only those free stories or stories with free chapter a day. The Google translated chapters are understandable there.

I know this issue was resolved, but if you want any recommendation for Korean mtl website, there're krmtl and there's one I found recently, mtlcorner. Unfortunately, both of them only have limited amount of novels. The only suggestion I can give is to search the title of the Korean novel on google. Hopefully, you can find another mtl website.
