Recommendations cultivation novel where mc is not some heaven-blessed divine genius

Hi so the kind of mc I'm referring to is an mc that takes his/her time to cultivate,
like for example the age of the mc is 20 and in a cultivation system that has 9 levels, the mc is in level 5 and he/she has a lifespan of 1000, instead of reaching the next level in just a year or a month, the one I want is like the mc will nearly reach or halfway reach the lifespan limit.
I don't want an mc that is heaven-blessed, holy divine talented, can skip levels, has ultra-powered defying items, and a justice-filled braindead happy go lucky idiotic innocent fucker.
What I want is an mc that relies on his/herself to reach the final peak of eternity, trusts nobody, lonewolf, ruthless, is equal whether it be to males or females, and thats about it.

Edit: The cultivation novels that I know is not alot but I think the mc I'm referring to is a bit similar to Warlock of the Magus World. (but the mc age is still very very tiny)

Yeah, screw that noise. There's recs here where it doesn't matter the author states "MC is not a genius" when that same MC is written into achieving everything super early and quick, you know, exactly what the OP said he doesn't want.

Possessing Nothing - I like it, but let's be real, the man ( up to ch 80 or so) blazes through using every kind of possible shortcut ( his past life memory of training is still okay, but that's just one thing that factors in little at the start) like the physique surgery to artificially raise his martial talent, the special armor, the timed debuff mountain that speeds up training, taking care to meet and get friendly with multiple powerful women ( there was a martial arts chick who trains him, he met her right after his limited training success from past life couldn't bring him further, and later he met a future famous mage girl so he befriends her too and hopes to get tutored in magic by her, and the god(dess) of the mountain also gives him some tips on his relive life situation),.... in a rather short span of time( mountain training took longest but even that is around a year or two tops).

Also it is not xianxia.

Cultivation Chat Group is the worst rec for OP's standards. It is a great modern xianxia comedy novel. It is also moving at meteoric speed. Song Shuhang (MC) goes from ordinary university student to accomplished cultivator in the span of under a year. I read only until the part he gets to Third Major Realm and that was lightning fast.

You know how bad it is when even the chill genius seniors from the title group react with shock, funny faces and self pitying quips at hearing his speed. So far he always sticks his nose into things ( how he got into true contact with cultivators at all) and instead of suffering the world rewards his ass with everything needed to get further quick, yet with a stable foundation every time. Also, the luckiest being in the world Senior White took an interest in him and is tailor making a cultivation path for MC and bestows luck gained treasures every now and then ( Senior Bai finds rare and priceless treasures as easy as breathing. The world literally presents him with everything he could ever want or need while he is merely walking around. Much like a born rich person raised luxuriously, he doesn't really get how precious his gifts are to everyone else.)

Just know that even at 900 chapters he will be just apprentice level, buuuut he'd have experienced and escaped from God like entities for the nth times..

Author just focuses on side plots the whole way.. Its like an extreme end of sidestories.


Imo Tempered Immortal is much more preferred... But u need so much patience and its mtl.. T^T

 

SS has no talent for cultivation as seen in his golden core, all he has is god(white) given luck.

 

So doesn't having god given luck mean being heaven blessed?

The point is he progresses super fast. He has his own luck as well as friends.
