Anyway this is about getting bald just in case someone wanna know, bust seriously do they even try to fotoshop this, nope the just pick a picture of another guy with more hair ... i mean even for a clickbait this is shit work

First of all.. from what I've saw.. those type of add are to many sites. As you've showed, the content=words vary from country to country and I do believe that they use your IP as a general clue for them to change the words.

the bald guy is heavier, so if he lost weight could look like the second guy,
eyebrow to forehead angle is different (can tell because the angle looks the same, but the second persons head is more toward the chest)

I never really do searches for cosmetic products, and not only do I get this same ad (in my language ofc), I also get diets and "esthetic surgeons/dermathologists/dieticians hate this mom" adds.

 

you get adds specifically for the stuff you search, unless you say: No GOOGLE you may not save my search history, no i dont want you to spy on me etc.
