I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing this but when I click on a novel with many five star and good reviews. On the front page it was just filled with 1 - 3 star reviews criticizing the novel (reasonably or not), it makes me not want to read those book. At first I though it was the most likes reviews of the front, but the low review that I'm talking about have no likes. I also don't sort by dates.
Do you see the (NEW) tag? The reviews will be there for some time for exposure then they'll be sorted properly after the time is up
I think automatically the first 2 (or more?) comments are the newest ones, regardless of if you set to Date or Likes
Small tip don't read reviews 80% of them are useless especially 5 star ones, 19% are written by idiots that either read the novel every 5th word misunderstanding the meaning of this word every 2nd word and overblown everything out of proportion or didn't read past half first chapter and still write the review 1% is actually useful
