Yes, last chapter the author uploaded was chapter 106 when they were going back to Ethylene Castle. Riftan and Maxi are finally sharing a room together and crossing fingers no disturbances will happen then =)

@HappyGnome I was re-reading the thread when I came across this spoiler. What chapter in book 2 is this? This one poked my curiousity, I agree that there may be a book 3. In this part, I feel like Richt Breston is trying to revive the Roem Empire. Thoughts??? P.S. I really wish that the author's health will be ok so we can now move forward with the story.
hey! If I remember it correctly, it was around chapter 99 of book 2. That’s highly possible, after the treaty is gone, there might be a war and I’m pretty sure Breston is gonna aim for Riftan. I feel like a lot of things can still happen, and there’s lot of questions still unanswered. Spoiler 1. Uigru’s Story 2. Roem’s downfall and their people - Maxi is a direct descendant of the Roem’s Royal Family Line too 3. Black Wizards Identity/ies 4. Riftan’s Father .... and many other which I can’t come up now Really just hoping for a happy ending. Our protagonists have gone through so much already..they can’t even take a break. I feel like: Book 1: is for getting to know the characters and Book 2: is for getting to know their world mtl is killing me with all these mixed pronouns but I might re-read book 2 again when I have time, to fully understand their world (not just about Maxi and Riftan). I feel like I have missed something cause I was too focus on Maxi and Riftan’s reconciliation
