I'll begin by transferring a timeline from another thread here to help lessen any confusion. For new readers it might be helpful to have a time line coz its confusing at first, clarifying some useless info with useful lol. Year 808 8th child and only daughter of the Emperor Princess Ashley is born to the 8th Consort Auresia, Ashley is abandoned by her. Zero interaction so far. Year 814 A plague spreads, Ashley (age 5 - 6) is sent to the west for protection against the plague (social distancing!) Year 816 Ashley returns to the imperial palace with previous life memories unlocked (age 7 - 8) she doesn't know she is in a novel yet. Meets Fleon (Tsun lol) 6th prince who is 3 yrs older Unsure when she met Dane 7th Prince. Ashley starts her Education late due to the plague, surpasses education level with her tutor sent to study with the 6th and 7th Prince's these 3 become very close. During her first class with them a history lesson makes her realize this world is a novel. Ashley has a scar on her left cheek, unknown cause or when it happened. Sir Ray was assigned to protect Fleon, Dane and Ashley. 8 years from now the Novel events begin (year 823/824) Very Little is mentioned in the Novel about Fleon, Dane or Ashley Year 821 Ashley (age 12 - 13) finds the Diary in her Mothers chambers, more is revealed about her Mother from the Novel, she is an influential existence that aids the next Emperor who is a Tyrant, these 2 characters are in the novel part of the main cast. The diary reveals its prophetic messages in the guise of diary entries, words magically appearing from a select view of "Ashley's" perspective, 7 days worth of future events are revealed to be true, on the 10th day the 1st Prince visits asks her 3 Questions then kills her. Ashley is on a death clock counting down to her demise. Intel gathering - She disguises herself as a probationary maid with the intention of meeting the 4th Prince who is an important character in the novel yet has very little mentioned about him. 4th Prince Amor - Nothing like the novel characterization, he was her favorite, she thought he was a gentle puppy, self sacrificing, selfless and kind, but that was towards the FL... Ashley reveals novel based knowledge regarding his current situation and bargains with him for a mutually beneficial partnership in changing both their fates. Sir Ray rescues Ashley from another dog, giving her a necklace as insurance to safe guard her life, he must escort Prince Dane to his family homeland and will be away for a week, he is aware of her maid disguise, but unaware of the finer details, he tries to interrogate her but fails to gain any info on her goals. First sign of Diary entries changing for the 10th and later the 9th day of the month of Habermia Ashley intervenes on the events for the 9th her first death by drinking poison meant for Amor, she theorized that she won't die, she did, however time rolled back approx an hour. she re-saves Amor without sacrificing herself 10th day arrives Amor sends a letter, Castor, the Duke and his knight meet with Ashley, she is questioned her servants are slaughtered, she is then charged with crimes against the empire by interacting with the hidden judge and templar the embodiment of chaos. Year 823 Ashley age 15 - 16 Chapter 1 and 2 is set in this timeline, another hound attacks, she is saved by Sir Ray and Prince Dane, this is set 2 - 3 years after her first deadly encounter with the Crown Prince Castor, unknown if He is the Emperor or not at this point in time. Diary entry reveals Ashley was meant to die to this monster hound but survives. Doesn't know what the crown prince looks like. Unsure if the novels events have started or if this is just before. _________________________________________ Year 821 Ashley uses Amors advice and pretends she's an idiot surviving the death flag. She is sent to work as an errand girl for the Aedile of the 4th administration solatorium to learn or complete tasks given by Castor through the Duke... Last day of Habermia Ashley turns 14 before the new year.(a bit confusing because she also states that she was working for 3 months then says after 3 months passed she turned 14 Habemia is that shitty month she died repeatedly...) Year 822 Prince Dane is 16 Prince Fleon 17 the Duke is 19.. 3 new characters are introduced and 1 we already met gets more exposure and snippets of the 2nd Prince is revealed. Sir Ray is sent to protect Ash when she goes to work and escort her back... She and Dane have been fighting... Granius - Aedile (her boss...after Castor) is a Templar of the god of justice of power is also a curules a Templar that became a noble. The 4th administration is like city hall very powerful which is under the 2nd Princes control. 2nd month The Diary erases itself with no new entries. 3rd month she meets Soricks/Sornix- a ginger with green eyes and freckles that looks older than his age.. poor dude... Templar of Canbarrus the god of eyes and owls (anyone wearing Greek garb is like him is apparently a Templar) Halfway through the 3rd month The Duke visits to check on her progress a few times per month and teaches her about her new workplace, she continues to act like an idiot. Dude is like a patient cute puppy (but we know his ass is a trained wolf at his Master's beck and call... I want to kick him in the nuts for her...She totally hates him...) He is part of the secret service called the 'Dicktators' (yeah that ain't a typo...) He reveals something suss is going on at the 4th admin... It's unknown if the first Prince has anything to do with the secret service, she is tasked with finding a necklace...and be a moronic cctv... (Is that the kind that has blurry images or don't work and are just for show?) 4th month Still hasn't found the necklace of skelos... Which is the Aediles seal... Penne - A pretty brown haired young man that loves kids... Is a Templar of clouds and feathers he's also a commoner...he makes an appearance but she met him near the start of working with the Aedile. He spoils Ashley (I'd like him if he weren't so touchy feely with Ash...) Julian the 2nd Prince isn't a Templar but his family rank is highly influential he is the grandson of the highest ranking admin officer of the empire, his lineage makes him exceptional. Ash continues to visit Amor. Ash wanted to tell Dane what happened to her but the only proof she had, her diary, was erased. I will edit as the story progresses when I can.
Oh yes, i recall reading a story about a girl with a book that can tell her the future, maybe reading this thread is a fate and i should reread this book
Go for it... It's good, the timeline might seem like a wall of text, but it really helps because the story is confusing...
Yeah it doesn't help that the mcs thoughts go all over the place... PTSD is a helluva thing... Cause shes so traumatized her thinking is not thinking in a normal way...

Chapter 62 doesn't tell enough details... I hope we get some different povs... Our mc is all over the place thanking translator boss for being able to make sense of stuff cup 61 was confusing af, need shit answered girl!! Want castor or the dukes... I dont think castor is emperor yet... Even though he didn't purge his siblings surprisingly even in the novel... So I'm really curious why...

it gave a clue that the past 2 years while she was struggling to survive every day from death/ accident/ assassination without knowing the reason of her death , she concluded that maybe it related the second prince (it’s the most likely theory because assassins are expensive and they cant inter inside the palace without someone inside to allow them to inter inside) I believe second prince have a big guard with her to send many assassins along the 2 years and still trying to poison her
We haven't even seen him yet... I know things aren't what they appear on the surface. There are curious dealings going on behind the scenes one would think it's due to a power struggle between the eldest sons but is that really the case... It's interesting to note that our mc has never thought or considered the 2nd prince at all, why is that? She has reflected on his role in the novel, knows that Granius works in the 2nd prince's administration yet never delved deeply into his life... She sought Amors help, only amor... Why is that? Her fathead never shares enough info and comes out with lil tidbits here and there stretched out over several chapters... Often times it's like an after thought. Sometimes I wanna slap her upside the head, that's why I crave povs from other characters to give more insight, I especially want castors, the Dukes and her shitty mother... That shitty diary changed, the secret is no doubt related to that, it makes that shitty book feel so unreliable when it can do weird crap like there is a god of fate fking with her for living so damn long... Gimme a pov not from ash lol!! Shakes fist at author!!
I Totally agree with you (although each time castor appears I’m fascinated by him ). sometimes I don’t understand how is she thinking and doubting wither she had her memories from Because giving Korean education she would have different attitude and would think in her situation from every angle , and would at least gather information in all novel characters
Shes got PTSD that's why she has these gaps and her memory, its not as good as it used to be... Her entire existence since finding that diary is survival even during peaceful times she can't rest... Assassins keep targeting her, every move is dedicated to that protecting herself. Its not death that scares her, its resetting just to relive that day again...
Yah that’s sound reasonable , i wish if there was a manhua for this novel , i can’t wait for each new release, author just leave us (readers) hanging with excitement and wandering whats gonna happen next
Latest chapter is full of interesting stuff that its so damn annoying that we are left hanging lol, actually seeing that damn poison doing its thing to amor is something... But her reaction is really off lol, its difficult to gauge anything by her behaviour or thoughts...
The saddest part of this chapter is how amor recognizes how warped she really is... Because he has his own set of circumstances himself...
I liked about last chapter (armor) asking her if her ability is back and if she can predicted her deaths I was like yaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh (screaming)
