Mafia [Mafia] DotA Lynch Game Interest and OOC Thread

The game was so long ago that I don't remember the exact details! It would probably take me just as long to read through the entire thread to figure out what happened.

I can invite you (or anyone else interested) into the game PM's if you're still interested in piecing it together.

This was the google sheet that Aca-chan was using while running the game.

So they indeed flip as their fake roles. This problem was explained.

The state was left with:
- Heretic (never found Slasher)
- Slasher (never finished killing everyone)
- 3x Occult Club Members (one of them has a knife)
- Hacker (identifies IDs), Kendo Team Captain (basically useless since Fighters are dead), Otaku (identifies clubs)

So... town is essentially dead, especially since Occults reached parity, but why did the game's logs suddenly end after D5 in the OP? It says that mrmeanwhile died, so what happened with the lynch?

...actually, does the Slasher side with the Occults?

I was the slasher. Pretty sure I lost because someone decided to spite me instead of being logical.

 

Hm... The Slasher isn't night-immune, so I guess you could've died if erichninja (the guy you gave your knife to at D5) stabbed you N5, then you could've died.

However, wouldn't the Slasher's Immortal Will just pass on immediately to someone else if you were to ever die?

 

Ah... Apparently SilentFyre (Occult) revealed A5G_Reaper as The Slasher at D5 before she was lynched.

Rotte (Occult) died on the same day. (I actually don't know how.)

That leaves 4 Students (apparently shamu was still alive by EOD5, but got hit with the Slug Poison Curse), 1 Occult, 2 Neutrals.

Mister Scarecrow (Otaku) died N5.

A5G_Reaper killed erichninja (Occult) D6, and oddfreak (Heretic) became a regular Student immediately afterwards.

With oddfreak's conversion, the state became 4v1 which results in a... Student Victory.

...huh. I guess I can register this as a proper game now.

Wow. Aside from SilentFyre revealing The Slasher's identity, this alignment change really screwed A5G_Reaper to overkill.

 

He was an active KR player back in the old old days, like... Before my time even.

For some reason people just loved killing him. So he had the odds naturally stacked against him.

 

Given his name, I wouldn't be surprised.

 

And the cause of death was almost always Burned by Sorcery.

I think I should check on him on steam. Been a while.

 

You're still alive, that's different
It's mainly so dead players don't influence the game anymore
