I'm a newbie as far as the forums here. I didn't see any threads for this, so i'll start it off with I am looking for more places to get cover art Thus far I have found: Fiverr Deviantart Instagram The Issue that i'm finding is that cover art is expensive to buy for a book, especially if it is a book that I and likely some other authors won't sell. Does anyone have any recommendations?
If you’re not selling it, you could probably find some Creative Commons artwork you can splice together to look cool Could try using Picrew and credit it, or hop towards Pinterest and do what some authors do and say “Cover Art Not Mine, If You’re the Owner and Want it Taken Down Please Contact Me” Not entirely sure this is what you were asking, but I hoped I helped somewhat? If you're fine with royalty-free photographs, you can try sites like Pixabay, Pexels, Unsplash and HiClipart. I tend to use those sites for textures and the like, but the photographs are pretty nifty. Alternatively, you can try free cover templates.
