So i was just watching tiktok and they mentioned aspirin which is a blood thinner medicine yada yada, and i remember ed this novel, it was the part where MC and ML were at a birthday party of a grandpa, idk if its ML's grandpa or just someone with a strong identity and they couldnt refuse the invitation idunno and that old grandpa had a sudden heart attack and he didnt have aspirin and when they called the ambulance the hospital would still take atleast 30 mins(?) i think and by then the grandpa would probably be dead and they were anxious and all and MC was hesitating whether to give his aspirin or not because or else ML would find out, but he still chose to give it in the end, and when the ML saw it he was shocked or heartbroken idk because the MC had something related to heart problems but i think it wasnt serious idk but yeh! The MC sold himself in his second life to his boss as he didn't want to be betrayed. But it's actually a very sweet love story. MLs surname is Qin and MCs is Bai. That's all I remember
