I'm looking for a title that I read a couple years ago on RRL (iirc). It's about an op anti-hero who's in a relationship with Nyarlathotep (or it could have been something else or implied) and kills people in brutal fashion with its tentacles. Thanks in advance! Edit: I don't know if this will help but the MC may have been transported to another world. And by romance with a lovecraftian horror, I meant ROMANCE. The mc and the monster are consciously in a relationship. I just don't remember if there was any scenes of them consummating it.

It's not an anime - just a webnovel on RRL. I don't think it was really that popular, in fact, I remembered it just now after all these years. I remember liking it, stopping only because I ran out of chapters and now I'm itching to read it again.
Although he wasn't in a relationship with Nyarlathotep, in Ultimate Antihero he summons old gods and I'm pretty sure Nyarlathotep is in love with MC. I don't really remember it has been at least 4 years since I last read it.

This is before SCP got popular, I believe. Sorry, it's been a while since I've read it. I just remember it being one of the only realistic monster girl novels out there at the time that was easy to read for my wee little poor-english speaking brain. Another one being Immortal Soul with its (actual) therianthrope female lead.

Seems like it. I'm not really sure how to find it now, because I don't remember particulars like the character names or the general plot. It's also not helping that most of the novels I've read on RRL were either removed, lost or moved to another site. Lol, it's not like the Nyarlathotep on this novel got turned into an anime girl. But I agree, Japan (or the internet in general) has the knack for turning everyone and everything into an anime girl. (not that there's anything wrong with that) It's one of the reasons why the novel I'm looking for stuck to me, even if it's just that little detail. Too bad I forgot everything else about it.
