I've read Reverend Insanity and Classroom of the Elite. Reverend Insanity is one of my all-time favorites, the literature prose from both the author as well as the translator is amazing! Classroom of the Elite is also a solid one. As for Lord of the Mysteries, I haven't read it yet so I'll definitely check that out! Thanks for the recommendations!

Chen Yue Zhi Yao (fantasy/rebirth/transmigration) The Yu Brothers’ Case Book/Case Book (supernatural/mystery - horror undertone) The Real Awakening (supernatural/psychological/thriller - gore undertone) Fu Xing Dong Lai (magic/demon academy) Residence of Monsters (magic/demon academy) No Hero (supernatural/futuristic) Dominion’s End (supernatural/post-apocalyptic/transmigration)
Beware of Chicken (xianxia by a Canadian(?) author, slice of life) Mother of Learning (time loop, action/drama) After the Mountains are Flattened (VRMMO, comedy/slice of life/action/drama) World of Cultivation (xianxia, action with comedy and slice of life elements) Zombie Knight, maybe. (superheroes, action/drama) I haven't read it in ages, but its well written, does some fairly unique things and is worth checking out.
ANY must-read? Then I have to recommend the Diskworld Series by Terry Pratchett. Here's a Before You Read Youtube Video on the series. Just in case you don't want to watch the Video, Diskworld is a Multi-Story Series that all takes place on a single planet, most of which is centred around the central city of Ankh Morpork, but not all of it. Due to the vast number of books, the one that the knowledgeable recommend to start with is called Small Gods. This particular story not only gives a good introduction to the overarching world, but is also a stand-alone story in it's own right, so if you find out that you don't like Terry Pratchett's writing style you can leave it at that. I also have to recommend the Arcane Ascension Series by Andrew Rowe. While the author has stated that he intended it to be the conclusion to the story of a side-character of this series (who's the main character of something like 3 other series the Author's writing), he was surprised at the fact that it quickly became his most popular series. Personally, what I like about this story is the MC, particularly how he fights. Sure, he can fight directly, but he's usually overwhelmed by his opponents in direct strength, and thus relies on tricks and innovation to either win fights, or just survive long enough for someone else to save him. He's not the only person who fights innovatively, either, so it's a great story for that, and well written, too. +1 Mother of Learning. The only free-to-read story on my list, MC discovers about a month-long timeloop he's in due to shenanigans, one that ends with the city that his boarding school is in getting invaded by a secret army of monsters. MC... after a few go-rounds to realise and accept that he's not just imagining things, starts working out how to save everyone at the end of the month, as well as what the timeloop actually is, and a whole bunch of other things. Of course, he's a highschool student, so his starting point is basically "learn a bit more about magic while helping those around me, and hope for the best?"

The Great Storyteller. The mc is reborn to the day he became popular as an author. In his first life, he flopped after publishing his second book and things went downhill from there. After he was reborn, you’ll witness how he changed and all. The dialogues and mc are interesting. There is no revenge or face-slapping, all about how the mc improve his writing and meet new people. Not sure if that sounds interesting enough but give it a try! I promise won’t regret it. Trash of the Count’s Family. This novel introduced me to the novel world. That’s how good it’s. Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint Let’s Talk About That Guy Who Transmigrated to Pursue Me. If you’re ok with bl novels, this one is phenomenal.
