Question What music do you listen to, while reading?

Before smart phones I would listen to rock and alternative while reading manga. I remember reading a bunch of times where the music+chapters would mesh so well someone could have robbed my house and as long as they didn't touch the pc or me I wouldn't have noticed.

Now I read on my phone and never turn on music while reading.

 

I use instrumental music, generally traditional chinese music or sometimes even lofi hip-hop beats.

 

I usually listen to vocaloids as well~ I’ve been listening to them intermittently for almost a decade so it’s easy for me to tune them out by now, but every once in a while the song will fit whatever I’m reading really well and it’s a nice bonus!
