Spoiler: FL background Our FL mom was in the Emperors harem. The FL mom was a commoner when worked as a maid (I think it was something else but it was the same job: clean, cook, etc) anyway the both the FL and her mom look plains however they have a rare blue hair. That’s what attracted the Emperor to the FL mom. Anyway, the Emperor loved the FL mom. However, the Empress wasn’t blessed especially after she heard the FL mom gave birth to a princess. While the Empress didn’t birth a child. So, she framed the FL mom saying she was cheating on the Emperor blah blah blah. The Emperor of course didn’t believe her. He knew the truth. But, the one with the political power isn’t the Emperor. It is the Empress. The Emperor did his best and only managed to kick out his beloved outside the Royal Palace, barely saving her and the FL lives. Continuing on, the FL grow up hearing rumors about her parents. Cuz the FL mom killed herself. So, the Fl thought it was possible that Emperor was her father but wasn’t sure. The FL remembers her past life. She was a nurse who liked watching ancient china drama.

So far what I have.. Spoiler: Shocking Scandal about the Empress Apparently, the Emperor didn’t love the Empress at All. Especially when she is the Dowagers Empress faction (I think that’s the previous Empress title. correct me if I got the spelling wrong.) So he didn’t do *cough* *cough* “the deed” with her if you got what I mean. But the Empress wanted a child. However, no matter what schemes she try; she fails. So she did this: She cheated on him. The Dowager Empress knows. The Emperor knows. It’s the public who doesn’t know. Anyway, she had a prince later on (who isn’t related to the Emperor but related to the royal family) Idk how the real daddy of the Empress child related to the royal family. But he is. That’s why the Emperor hates her more. I mean she put a green hat on him. btw the Dowager Empress knows about it. She actually helped the Empress to sleep with another man related to the royal family. Spoiler: Crown Prince Just to inform confirm that the FL is the Emperor biological daughter. The crown prince knows about that since the first meeting between them. btw the crown prince seems like a sis-con. lol. He always complains that he wants to personally give his sister sweets, snacks and food. and openly dote on her but he can’t since it will attract a lot of jealously. it will also cause some misunderstandings. not to mention that the Crown Prince doesn’t want her know that he know she is the Emperor daughter. The Crown Prince isn’t the Empress child.
Idk. I didn’t arrive at that part. But, I know this. The Emperor really loved the FL and her mother. Plus, he is confident that the FL mother innocence. However, he is politically weaker than the Empress and Dowager Empress. So, his hands are tied right now. On the other hand, the crown prince is almost as strong as the Empress because of his political marriage with his consorts. Right now, the Crown Prince is slowly gaining power inside the palace. However, I’m not sure how far his power right now. But I’m pretty sure that he can’t take down the Empress yet. btw there is an Eunuch with the prince. Apparently, he is the Crown Prince bodyguard who is pretending to be an Eunuch. The Crown Prince assigned him to watch over the FL and take care of her. Because, the Crown Prince can’t dote on her as his sister since it will cause misunderstandings and attract jealousy woman’s. Anyway, the Crown Prince is hiding the FL hair by making her wear a shallow all the time. So, that the Emperor will not notice that she is his daughter. it’s not out of jealousy or malicious intention, it’s because he fears that Emperor will dote and love his daughter (FL) so much that the Empress will kill her.
