Answers on 3rd dream, sex, etc Spoiler: 3rd dream This was around the time when the empire had some event going on and homunculus knights placed as spectacles fighting in some tournament for humans to enjoy. The top 3 candidates for the win was ML, Sylverstian, and one of the 3rd princess's knights. Before the tournament even start, the host for the tournament had went around asking the top 3 candidates what they wish they would like to request of their princesses for if they win. ML's first answer was he couldn't decide, Sylverstian said he wished for a kiss from Rosie (this was planned answer to get attention from the viewers), the 3rd one didn't have a request for his princess but for MC. He asked her to take him in as her knight if he wins. The host try to get MC's reaction to that, but ML responded saying that won't happen since he will win. He then said he wish to change his answer since he finally thought of a request. He wish to have the right to kiss MC. Of course, ML won, but during the last fight with the 3rd candidate, his opponent used some tool to take in his mana so ML's hair turned pink the the middle of the fight. Rosie then began to covet ML even more after seeing his hair color. ML was upset his hair became known to thousands of viewers when he only wanted MC to be the one to see it. He had the dream after that fight. ML's 3rd dream was the continuation of 2nd dream, but this time it's from where he stopped until the end. The dream started where MC mentioned he didn't polish enough of his charm to seduce her. ML was curious why she mentioned that but never got the answer since when he returned, he found her dead. Rosie told him MC took her own life. ML was upset he couldn't protect her. He couldn't even wake up from the dream. So he saw MC's death and how he stayed next to her dead body for a long time, which he never did before when she was alive. He asked the sage to revert back time for her. He also could figure out why the sage didn't tell him much because they were the secrets of a student. It was after this dream he stopped denying his feelings and stop putting blame on his imprint for his feelings. He also decided he will now try to win MC's love, something he wasn't able to accomplish in previous TL. His confidence didn't last long since a few chapters after he started to feel depressed remembering how MC is the point of axis for the time reversal so she also remembered everything from the past TL. He started to have doubts he can win her love knowing how shitty he was before. Spoiler: his depressed state didn't last long Some 3 day Masquerade happened quite soon after the tournament. It was only a gathering for humans so none of the homunculus knights were able to enter, not even as escorts. ML also knows masquerade balls are usually the start of some illicit lustful things to happen so he was worried MC will be in the lion's den alone where a bunch of noblemen are already vying to marry her. The only way for knights to be able to get invited is if they agreed to be used in some game for the nobles, where they will be disguised and the nobles will find them and whoever finds them will get to date them for a day. ML agreed to join the game since he wanted to be with MC so he grabbed Sylverstian and the other candidate to agree. The game was only held during the 3rd day for the first two days, MC tried to avoid catching attention to herself. Though on 2nd day she caught Rosie. On the 3rd day, MC realized ML agreed to playing the game, decided she had to find him to save him. They were able to find each other and the rest of the ball, they stick to each other under the guise of the "date". Well it would've been pretense except they got too into and the the feeling around them started turning towards another way. ML asked if he can get his wish now, the wish he made at the tournament. They kissed and then rain start to fall. MC invited him over to rest at her place. ML asked if it meant what he thought it meant. She avoided his gaze and he agreed to it as he clings to her and that night they had sex. Well it wasn't just a night as they do it on and off staying at her place for a week. ML can only say she really is someone from the imperial family. (Their kinky ability.)

Some background stuff and political stances Spoiler: MC's achievements MC found the swordsmith that became famous in past life but was scammed by a imperial member off the family for cheap weapon. She had him craft a sword for ML and decided to work with him. She started a soap business with a Count's daughter, Anias, that Bridget was going to betray so she got him onboard to help her instead. She wanted to help improve the people's and homunculus living condition by starting with soap for cleanliness of the people. The business get expanded a lot later on to furniture and even to produce potions for stamina (think of viagra in potion form). She used that masquerade ball to advertise the potion. She volunteered in some orphanage. MC has bad fashion sense but because of her last life, she remembered how ear cufflinks became popular she started the trend using ML in this life. She had also went to mining areas where homunculus live and help cure their illness (well ML cured them). Started some education system for them since none of them were given education. A lot of her ideas were brought up to the emperor when her and Bridget would have meetings with the emperor on ways to better the kindgom. One of the discussion she posed was setting a different infrastructure changes to how they would produce energy, or things like what they could do to improve or lessen the need for mining (so homunculus won't have to be needed as much for mining jobs and could even begin to branch out to other various career positions. Homunculus also don't have money because they are all properties under the royals (like slaves), so MC is trying to change that as well. savior Spoiler: the setting The kingdom consisted of some outskirts and some areas of slums. The slums are usually placed where demons frequently attack. During one political meeting, Bridget suggested moving the poor humans from the slums to another location where demons started to frequent (because the previous slum was slowly doing better). MC didn't like that idea as if they relocate them, they'll be forced to pay taxes they're not able to pay. She also want to let the people in slums improve with education so she asked to start schools in the slums. As for the area getting attacked by demons, she suggested the king should let some of their homunculus guards get stationed there to fight. Homunculus are under the jurisdiction of the emperor so most of them never leave the area they're assigned. There was an overly supply of knights at the palace that aren't put to use to she suggested he should split them throughout the kingdom. ML was surprised with that. (It's to let them also see the outside world.) At some point of the story, MC will agree to go out to visit one of the outskirt towns to help them. Usually alchemists and witches are thrown to the outskirts to fight these demons. They call the area beyond the wall, the land of Ambroxa (might be wrong spelling but it's the main dragon/demon that the homunculus had to defeat). Bridget suggested an all out war to defeat it trying to use her fiance as someone in charge to claim victories for battles. She suggested to the emperor to use ML as the commander. MC let her, since MC knew in past TL ML succeeded and this will be beneficial to her. Bridget doesn't know about that so she thought MC was just playing into her hands. The areas outside usually are contaminated. MC who went out dragging Rosie with her, would then became known as a "savior" and "King/Leader of man and homunculi" later on when she came to help them. She was able to discover the source of way to cleanse the area outside by finding a somewhat dead world tree. By finding the only leftover somewhat dying world tree, she was able to cut and propagate it by using her life magic elsewhere expanding areas where villagers outside can get clean water. Areas outside are also prone to cause nightmares to weak minded people. MC didn't know ML would have nightmares until he told her he does, the demons were able to tell his weakness from what happened in past TL so they attacked at his subconsciousness and gave him nightmares where he had an unrequited love for MC. Rosie also had nightmares but she didn't say what they were of. Sylverstian's nightmares might be lustful wishes for MC. Not sure on this since he didn't say it out loud but was eyeing where her tent is and he was feeling bad over his sinful dreams for MC. (MC resolved this with the tea brewed from the leaves of the world tree. However, the tree only allow MC to get close to it.) The area Bridget chose to subjugate is another village that was more populated with people, whole MC chose the more outskirt area which was where she was able to find the world tree and other valuable resources as well. Forgot to add but Rosie and Bridget actually decided to make an alliance, so MC made some deal with Bridget by telling Bridget to allow MC to bring Rosie with her to the outskirts. ML wasn't happy with the idea though. *** @hjnffnjh There's not much details. It's not a smut novel. Sorry.
MC poisoned Spoiler: not as one would think Sylverstian had been drinking tea with MC to purify his nightmares. (ML knew of his nightmares but he trust Sylverstian won't do anything about his sinful wishes since they're close friends.) He requested MC to help Rosie as well since as her personal knight, he felt worried for her. MC agreed because it was Sylverstian who requested it. ML wasn't happy with the choice but couldn't do anything against it. So he waited outside where MC and Rosie drank tea together alone. MC then collapse. Rosie got worried. Bridget showed up and it seemed she broke the alliance between her and Rosie and decided to use this situation to bring Rosie down. She placed Rosie into interrogation. ML who had rushed in when MC fell, wouldn't let go of MC. Bridget tried to punish him under imperial rule for his disobedience against her. She's telling ML to hand over MC to her but ML doesn't trust her. He ran off to try to purify MC at the world tree. He was begging to even revert back time for the 3rd timeline if she dies. He is sure he will love her again. He also said this time around he will kill Rosie first thing. ML still thinks Rosie did it. MC awaken for a bit to remove their imprint. ML was unwilling and crying for her not to do so. She did it to remove the pain personal knights feel when their masters die. Bridget then followed along with everyone else as they saw the bright light being emitted from the revert of the imprint. She can tell right away the imprint had been removed from ML. She thought it was a lucky thing for her since now she can make ML her personal knight and dump Elijah (he was the 3rd candidate from before, finally recalled his name). She commanded him to go to her. He didn't listen. She then tried to tell other homunculus knights to get ML. They also didn't listen. Basically ML is much more powerful than her and also because he's the king of homunculus, the other knights listen to his order over the imperial law. Spoiler: help came along Someone came who claimed to be a witch, Morien. She said she might be able to help MC. Apparently witches have also been thrown into the outskirts from the imperial family. The imperial family had long lost divine power and the power of the witches. She was able to awaken MC. Bridget couldn't believe it. As soon as MC woke up, she cleared Rosie's name. Bridget was upset since she wanted Rosie to poison MC. Bridget also doesn't believe that MC can just waken up when she wasn't breathing at all before. She was dead. The witch explained that her body put itself into a state of hibernation when it felt the pain from the sage stone in her heart. Her body wasn't able to handle the increasing growth of her mana. Bridget was upset to find out MC might be better than her in magic, good enough to even have a sage stone in her heart. She doesn't know how MC was able to put a sage stone into her own body. Bridget then start to interrogate MC how she was able to get such power and what artifact she used to help her obtain it. MC told her all she did was drank the tea from the leaves of the world tree. The witch came forward to explain that might be the reason since the world tree is the embodiment of purification, healing and growth. So the growth portion might be the reason for her growth. And the reason that growth only worked for her may be because the tree imprinted on her. Bridget was filled with envy as she believed this was all from MC's plan to get the world tree. MC kept some other secret from Bridget that there was something else she had gotten from the dead tree. She feigned headache to escape from further interrogation. Bridget tried to held ML back for punishment but MC said she needed ML to help her so they left. They confronted about their past TL after this.

I think Rosie have some obsession with homunculi with unique hair color. It is cute that ML only wanted MC to see his pink hair, I felt he is so smitten with MC. Looks like ML is so popular with the imperial family that they are coveting him. Oh and I've got a bunch of follow-up questions, if it is not too much to ask... Like: *Did MC re-imprint ML again? *What is the other thing that MC got from the World Tree? *How did the world tree imprinted MC or was it the reverse? *What is the purpose of sage stone? *How will Bridgette end in this TL? Thank you again for all these previous spoilers!! I also have some question if there's a 2nd ML or it's only Micheal. I also wanna know more the silver haired knight and Elijah, did they became her knights, what happened to them?
She did succeed. In fact ML got really upset over it. He even felt it was a waste because she used so much sage stones to imprint him as well. Also when he didn't feel the connection afterward it felt like a sense of loss to him. It didn't last long though because they still act the same toward each other. He still prioritize her as his princess and she still care for him, so they both could tell whatever relationship they had from before wasn't because of the imprint but because they really love each other. It was a branch. MC thinks it might be the medium between the tree and her, so in other words it's like because she's holding onto that branch, the tree feels some sort of connection towards her. Reverse. It's similar to when baby ducks hatch and the first thing they see, they believe that's their parent, so to the tree, MC is its parent because she also grew it. Not quite sure yet. I personally think it might also have something to do with half the sage stone ML had sacrificed to revert back time. The half the stone was never reverted and it just disappeared. It is actually causing havoc in the background within the imperial family but it's a secret the emperor is keeping so others won't know. I'm spoiling as I'm reading so.... you'll have to wait for that. Spoiler: bit of spoiler about Rosie's "baby" ML blurted out that child wasn't his to MC because he didn't want her to worry about it. That child was actually from random homunculus along with Rosie's DNA. The reason he did that is because he wanted to control the sage stone and only someone with imperial blood can control it, but he as the king of homunculus can control homunculus so he just needed the child to be a homunculus with imperial bloodline so he can control the child that can control the sage stone. @highsky44 No 2nd ML. While Sylverstian does love MC, he hasn't acted upon his feelings. The most he did was stole her first dance at the masquerade ball. ML found out he wasn't the first and was upset but MC told him she got her first kiss from him so that's better.
oh that was one good thing about removing the imprint, they can confirm their feelings for each other has nothing to do with imprinting. Haha, about the world tree, felt like it is a very important ingredient in a fantasy and historical setting in K-novels. So the sage stone is the red stone that looks like a philosopher's stone... I thought it was different stone. Sorry for jumping on the ending of Bridgette I was excited how she will end up in this TL given how morbid she ended up in the previous TL. Finally, the debate from earlier pages will have a closure for this 'baby spoiler'. As usual ML is a greedy lover, he was easily upset for not being MC's first dance. Philosopher's stone definitely is the more correct term for it. Especially given that it's related to alchemy and when Bridget first found out about it, she asked if Eve turned herself into a homunculus. Spoiler: just some things between MC and ML After this event, MC will pour more time into the research on the mana core as she's trying to figure out how she have something like that in her body and also she's researching how to make a child with ML and that may be a clue that leads into that. She still haven't told ML yet that she plans to make a child with him, nor her plan to inflate his position in order to marry him, but ML also has a goal on his end to lift his own position so he can be next to MC. He told MC to wait for him since he will go to her. MC who remembered their past TL, knows he will be able to succeed quickly. The commander position is just one of the ways to uplift his position once he succeed the war. That's why to MC, Bridget had unknowingly helped MC when she brought that idea to the emperor.
Ohhhh. I'll take a guess. The philosopher's stone is from the time she became the axis of time reversal that is why she had one in her body I just want to say, Bridgette have some wild imagination.. if Eve ever turn in a homunculus, then there is a high chance she can be control against her will by the other imperial family unless there is something in between so Eve became a hybrid of human and homunculus.
edit it here since I think might be important to continue this Spoiler: some things about alchemy So most of alchemy had to do with the science and math of things. For some reason, the sealing stone lost its power and usually it would be able to restore its power on its own without human intervention. The problem is that, it isn't. MC believe the plane, something about it's coordination, geometric sequence is affecting it. She told ML that alchemy is mainly focused on the coordination that's drawn. Alchemy is also the exchange of things. Taking the makeup of things and can also revert the makeup of things created. So a homunculus can easily be destroyed when it's coordination gets broken down. If someone distorts the geometric sequence, it can break down. She warned ML not step into the middle of when an alchemy sacrificial process since it might affect his own makeup and take him as a sacrifice (exchange) and he will die. ML said he will be careful of that since he have no intention to die early and leave her. MC stroked his head as if complimenting him for saying that. Spoiler: why it's important As mentioned by MC, the sealing stone does not gain energy from outside sources, but Bridget doesn't believe that's a set law. Bridget convinced Derek they should use ML as sacrifice to give the stone power. She also wanted to torture ML and believe she can control him. (Honestly I thought she would've noticed she can't control him from that time when he won't let MC go but... she's not the brightest I guess.) Spoiler: Rosie...good? bad? idk After that "poisoning" incident, MC seem to be willing to have a better relationship with Rosie. Also she found out Rosie's envious nature wasn't just on ML but a lot of other things as well. She hated that MC was good at alchemy, also older than her, smarter, etc. She was also upset MC might've thought she would poison her. Well it's because she doesn't remember the past TL. So in this TL she's a bit different and MC think Rosie is different so she decide to give Rosie a chance. There was also an incident where ML tried to have a 'secret rendezvous' with MC but then MC asked why they're sneaking when he didn't have to. He got embarrassed because he thought it would be fun. But then they actually did end up hiding because they noticed Rosie and Sylvertian alone and she stripped in front of him at the lake. MC covered ML's eyes (but he said he already closed them). Sylvertian overhead noises and Rosie demanded intruders to show themselves. She got embarrassed when she found out it was her sister and ML. MC then made some excuse for her by saying Rosie must be taking a bath and excused herself. Spoiler: Bridget might not be so stupid On the other hand Derek is stupid. He was able to lure ML to the stone to be used as sacrifice but once he activated the alchemy, he realized something had gone wrong. ML threatened him to cancel it but he couldn't and it seemed he was being used as sacrifice as well. ML mocked him that it seemed like Bridget also threw him away.

I spoil as I read so usually they're in order from when I spoil, except when people asks questions. The Rosie part is before all the other 3 spoilers. Derek is the 6th prince. Don't think he is shown in the manhwa yet. Not sure. There are so many names I sometimes forget. *** continuing off Spoiler: predicament The alchemy circle already activated and ML saw the beam of light from above. While this was all happening, MC noticed something was wrong. Sylvetian had a talk with MC and then noticed something amiss. They rushed to check on Rosie but she was fine. Instead Bridget tried to drug MC but Sylvetian covered MC's nose to prevent her from getting drugged from the poisoned air. MC was fine but Sylvetian suffered. Bridget then revealed her plan and left. MC then stood up as if fine. Sylvetian was surprised and she told him the world tree branch seemed to be keeping her purified. She asked him where the leaves are for the tea but then found out Bridget had switched them. Slyvetian believe she should just leave him and go but MC doesn't intend to since before she had stuffed Rosie's pillow with leaves to increase the rate of curing his nightmares. She cut open the pillow and use those leaves to cure the his poison. MC then rushed over to where Bridget is sitting and she threatened Bridget if something happens to ML, she won't know what she will do with Bridget. But then ML showed up. Bridget felt like she was staring at a ghost. She can sense something had changed. ML probably finally unlocked his abilities cause everyone in the room felt it except for MC. Spoiler: what happened on ML's end When ML saw all his men dying and their hair changing color, his hair also changed color. He realized it's actually taking their mana and that the source of the alchemy power was from the light. He used water to break the light fragments and that changed up the geometric sequence of the alchemy circle. He also then use mana drain on the stone to fill back his mana. His men were amazed with what he did but secretly he thanks MC for being a good teacher. Actually his men gave him their mana for being grateful he was able to destroy the circle. That was what allowed him to unlock his ability.
