    Don't talk if you're in for questioning, prepare a lawyer, let them talk for you. Be careful about the act itself, plan it carefully, get an alibi beforehand, get over possible scenarios, try not to be seen on the scene

    Just a heads up.
    If you're going to poison someone "accidentally" by using oxalic acid that's in rhubarb leaves - like "oops officer, I didn't know they weren't to be eaten". The minimum dosage for death in a 70kg male is 20kg of rhubarb leaves. It's not an efficient way of poisoning someone.

    They did that on Silence of the Lambs. Buffalo kid still got caught & arrested.
