Don’t Pick Up Boyfriends From the Trash Bin Arc starting at chapter 87 has escape room puzzles near the end of the arc.

You could try I Became a God in a Horror Game, it's an unlimited flow novel and I haven't read it in awhile so I'm not sure if it has the element of solving puzzles but the protagonist does figure out how to escape various situations by himself or with other people. It's currently sitting at 87 chapters and from what I've read the ML has shown up but he isn't present or active in any of the arcs I've read so far which are Arc 1 and Arc 2. Hope that helps! シ
My ultimate favorite is 'Surprise! The Supposed Talent Show Was Actually–?!' Because it has transmigration and interstellar element on top of puzzle solving and survival (without anyone actually dying for real). The plot is good, the side characters are important, great puzzles, and character growth physically and mentally for both MC and ML in my opinion. Sorry I can't post links coz I this is my first post in the forum despite lurking for years, but there is a list I followed for this titled BL Horror-survival game-infinite flow that you can find in rec-list. if anyone can add more that is not in novelupdates yet, that'll be great.
