Her husband (original host) was also the husband of her sister however, her sister already died. She became the substitute to take care of her sister's two children, a girl and a boy. The girl was reborn. The MC have a golden thigh which is the emperor. She used a cheat wherein she made up a story in the emperor's dreams. They met up in the dream but in different timeline. The MC made it so that she dreamt of them (her and the emperor) in her teenage days, while the emperor dreamt of it after the MC transmigrated. Then, she met the emperor in real life and he fell in love with her. Sadly, the MC's current body is married. Her husband discovered her affair with the emperor with the help of her stepdaughter lol. Afterwards, there was a confrontation. Her stepson got ill and he was diagnosed to be poisoned. The MC admitted that it was her (actually the original host) who poisoned him but she did stop halfway. She did that stuff because her husband did something terrible to her before. The original host was pregnant before but suffered from miscarriage because of her stepdaughter. The physician then said that she can't be pregnant again due to this but the truth is, her husband made her infertile by making her drink an infertility soup (if I remember it right). So, her husband feel remorse and helped her and the emperor to be together by faking her death, they said she died from the fire. She lived in the harem for quite a while but she isn't a concubine or consort or whatsoever but they simply called her Madam. After a few years, the emperor abdicated and passed the throne to the third prince. They lived outside the palace, in a beautiful place where there is peace and quiet.

And wanna know why he made the original host drink infertility drug? Because when the original host became pregnant with their child, she was immersed in her own world—she deeply loved the child and she said to herself that she would forget everything; her suffering and pain, and just focus on her child's growth (the OG was always compared to her sister before and she also suffers from beating because she was an illegitimate child). Ofc, the OG have no time to take care of her stepchildren and that's what triggered her husband to make her infertile. And at the confrontation, the scum said that it doesn't matter even if she can't be a mother all her life since she and her sister shares the same blood so she can just treat her stepchildren as her own.
