Did the update also change how the reading list look? Cause my reading list is different... and I don't really like it... TT_TT I mostly read on my tablet and the way it is now, I keep tapping on the links that are there. Now there is really no difference between mobile and desktop style. I used the mobile setup because it was simpler and less cluttered. I didn't change my list settings because I had it how I wanted. Thanks for the update, other than the reading list change, everything else is great.
This thread is from 2 years ago. There hasn't been any update to the interface as of recent. Sid your perhaps accidentally swapped over to desktop mode from you browser?
No I checked everything I could think of. I haven't changed my settings in years. Sorry to necro post, I was just looking for a thread that seemed like the right title. I forgot to check for when it was posted.
What do you mean by "different"? Are you saying you're not getting the mobile version of the site on your phone? The reading list hasn't been updated in awhile.
The mobile and desktop are now the same. Before the mobile version didn't have links to scribble hub or show links to the latest discussions. Also it now shows my status in a book and the latest release posted in separate columns when it used to just look like this 5/100.
You probably need one more post before the upload file button appears for you, so try and upload the ss on some image host if you can't see this button :
No, we don't. @AliceShiki meant you can just upload it to a random server (your private server) and link the URL here as an option.
Here you go. Edit: it is after midnight for me. I will be back on in the morning. Thank you for helping me figure this out.
Sorry, I missed the part where you said "tablet" but looking at the SS, that's how it's suppose to be? Try to rotate your screen then refresh and see if it'll switch back to the mobile version of the site.
Checked with FF's Responsive Design Mode and it does look like like tablets get the desktop version. Checked if that changes if I make the screen slimmer - it did not. Mobiles stayed on mobile, even in landscape mode.
My tablet lets me choose if I want the mobile version or the desktop version. I turned my tablet so I would see the portrait style instead of the landscape style and it did look the way it used to for me. I don't understand why it's different now. I will send ss. The chapter display is still different.
you mean this part, right? the one with red rectange on the right Spoiler {} {} where as the one you preferred didn't have it
yes and the section with the chapter status didn't have 2 separate columns. it was shown as 1/100. But I'm ok if it can't be changed. I would just rather ask and see then not.
actually, that have something to do with screen width, or more spesifically, the browser's width. but alow me to address this one first. that's just a manual reading list setting. Spoiler {} . {} . {} ====================== next, when the browser is less than a certain width, everything that you see in the red rectangle box actually gets splitted into two place. half gets merged into a sandwich menu at the top, while the other half gets kicked to the bottom of the page/screen Spoiler {} try changing your zoom amount or font size (during landscape mode) to see if it changes
