I’ve read (MTLed) the younger brother’s book, So I have the gists of their bet. I’m just starting to read this book but my Spoiler heart wants to know, who inherited the Luo’s Company/Business? Because in Luo Zhan’s book he did not inherit it at all, and I don’t know whether Luo Xiu inherit the business or neither of them?
Don't believe it was said explicitly. All the way into the extras, the two brothers were still trying to push the family business off onto each other.
Why? I feel that in these webnovels they are too obsessed with running their own family business. Just hire a CEO already. =) And, if they don't like them, fire them and hire a different one. Problem solved. Another spoiler that you didn't ask for: MC of this novel interacted with MC of the previous one in the extra chapters. It was soooo cute but the two boys don't like their two women mingling.. for some reason. The dam CEO-type MLs. :/
Not sure if anyone has released spoilers of these parts, so I'm just putting it here Spoiler: Reason why MC wants to be a mom fan She admits the reason one time when she's drunk (translation chapter 150, MTL chapter 37) and I will quote: So she does like him that way, but doesn't want to get in the way of his career or end up brokenhearted. So she just chooses to remain "familial" to stay by his side always. Spoiler: Why MC became his fan It is revealed in the last few main story chapters (MTL 64, 66, 68) TW: suicide He happened to be there when MC was about to do the deed after she'd been framed as a homewrecker. She had wrote up her last will and everything, and had planned to jump from the roof of Dingke (scum man's media company) to destroy its reputation as a last ditch effort. ML was there on that day to sign his contract, and he stopped her when she was at the edge. So she didn't commit suicide, and became his loyal fan from then on. She came to love sunsets, because it reminds her of when she met him. Pity there's no full translation, the climax at the end would be so awesome to read MTL doesn't do it justice!
