Not as sweet as "Accidental Mark" because of the drama and character setting but you can try "My Wife Spoils Me Too Much" (in this novel, the FL is transmigrated person from the dynasty era and respects then spoils ML a lot) or "The Female Lead Has No Cheats" (ML is a reliable man who is always standing by FL's side even though many bad rumours surround FL). Quite sweet novel with ML & MC giving each other sweet treatment: "A Slight Smile is Very Charming" A.K.A "Love O2O".

How about "Guide to Raising the Sick Villain"? I'm not sure if it's going to be your type, but I personally think it was pretty decent. ML is kind of insecure type of guy.
I just finished "my husband is suffering from a terminal illness" after reading "accidental mark" and I must say it's a very decent bl novel. Ps. It has a same translator as AM and fully translated.
